Informatique used to be a nice store with good service. But I am really surprised about the technical service and the service.

I hand in my laptop and adapter. I think the adapter is broken and ask if they have a similar adapter. Eventually my adapter and laptop is checked for checking.
According to the employee, the connector of the laptop is probably broken. The advice is to take the laptop for further investigation.

Later I am called back that it is still the adapter. Research costs 50. New adapter 35 euros. Together 85, -. I say that I also initially said this to the service employee and that 50, - unnecessary costs were incurred.

Even though the investigation was not necessary. However, I still have to pay 50 euros. Sin.

Update: Customer service has handled complaint. Would be called back Monday, I never called back.
