New laptop purchased and received with defective keyboard. E-mails will not be answered.
I would receive a return label, this did not happen. After a phone call I managed to do it.
Laptop has been returned and it now appears that it can take a few days before you get a response.

In my experience over 20 years customer, yes the internal communication is not always top. but they are people. Order 90 out of 100 times and always be very satisfied. Like to think along with you.

An employee who would speak to incoming customers had solved it.

While repair will take at least 3 weeks. You will be told by telephone that it can be arranged at the service desk, but you are kindly told that there is no loan laptop in stock.

Got a laptop for my birthday.

Got a laptop for my birthday.
Unfortunately bought here.
After 3 weeks of trouble because I removed a virus scanner. (Because I got annoyed from the puppet screen)
40 euros poorer because windows had to be reinstalled.
Not yet working properly tomorrow but call again.

Been back today, after my complaints they checked it again.
Employee understood my frustration, is already a lot.
Drop by now to see if it's up to the provider, free of charge.
I am happy with this service.

April 22 ordered something on bol.com from this seller. I would receive it May 5. Will I be notified today (May 9) that the seller canceled the item because it is out of stock? Why couldn't they have told me that 3 weeks ago? I have been waiting for it for 3 weeks now and now I can still order something else. Really pussy service. I will never buy here again.

Edit: it had indeed happened after the 30 days. The frame you're talking about is a coat of paint or something, at least not something that brings much strength to the panel. The pressure from the outside would then be the lifting of the panel, because otherwise I have done nothing with it.

I called Informatique to inquire about the details of a product and was directed to the manufacturer's website. If I don't get technical advice and service. Why not order cheaper from Alternate.nl? The service really fell short today, I am not used to them.

First off, I am an expert in IT with more than 20 years experience. I visited their shop in Berkel to upgrade my PC with a new graphic card and CPU... the following happened:

Unknowledgeable staff: wrong advice on CPU which was not compatible with my mainboard, wrong advice on Power Supply which the current PS was enough for the upgrade.

Awful customer service: Waiting for more than one and half hour in customer service after returning the wrong components with my damaged PC because of New PS failure. Then I asked them what happened to my case? They said: Oh! we didnt touch that yet! I said, your colleague told me to wait!! He said, he's gone already!!! We will call you when your system is ready! However, I've asked them to check and fix it as I need my system ASAP and they promised me for next day before 12PM. At the end, I asked them to take out my HDDs before doing anything or even give them to me as they are very important.. they said.. we dont touch them, no worries, everything is safe here!

They have called me around 12pm and the first sentence was this: Hello, one of your HDD is gone! your system is ready. come and collect!

YES! I've lost one of my drives with no reason. When I talked with their technical stuff, they even didnt know whats going on with the pc or why it happened.. The only thing they said was SORRY! we dont know why this happened... its an accidental happening!!!

Super company. We bought a game pc from this company. The employee thought along well and offered something in different price ranges. As a result, we were in control and we were able to determine ourselves how far we want to go financially. We have received excellent guidance. When something was out of stock, an alternative was offered at the same price. Also nice and friendly help when picking up the system. Definitely a must. A big thumbs up to this company and its employees.

With the 3rd order 1 day later because Postnl indicated by email that they were unfortunately too busy and would therefore deliver 1 day later than they had indicated in their 1st email. Customer service easily accessible - sometimes a bit longer on hold - and very friendly and helpful.

Bought a laptop for business. From day one, that thing has had cures. Already 2 times examined by them and can not find anything. Re-installed twice already. Today after 1 hour work the same problem.
The only solution they now propose is to send the laptop to the manufacturer, but if they can not find it, there is a cost of 185, -
Welcome to 2017! Try listening to your customer instead of hiding behind rules and procedures.
Spent more time and money driving back and forth.
Go buy a new one at a store where they do know the word service.
