2 employees on the floor who were busy .... 2 other colleagues who stood behind a counter for a long time doing nothing are not allowed to help customers. So after 20 minutes I walked out of the store and went to another store and bought a laptop. Been a regular customer for years, until today.

I only give 3 stars because I'm actually a bit disappointed in Informatique. I bought a desktop PC last week, and during the telephone consultation I said that I wanted to have an extra HDD with the computer. After I had picked up the computer, I found out that the included hdd could not be placed in the computer because of the size (2.5 instead of 3.5 "). I called and the disc could be exchanged but got more or less the reproach that it was my fault, while I can not know that only an hdd of 2.5 "fits in there. I find this very unfortunate what I have bought a lot here in the past.

Unfortunately I received several promises through customer service that my product was delayed, but would still be on time as a gift. Nothing is less true. They better outline their inventory to attract customers. The management of the company then provides a customer-friendly solution: a link to the competitor, which can certainly deliver but is 120 euros more expensive . Indicated that this was not a reasonable solution. After all, the management could also buy the product there and deliver it to me. Now too late for the gift and I probably just have to wait weeks according to the management (was not on the site and confirmation). Nowhere to buy for a comparable price. I have to deal with this. So be careful !!

As a business customer, my experience with informatics was bad. The organization requires a lot of data before payment by invoice is possible. This significantly delayed my order and was forwarded to another department. In turn, this department was unaware of my request to contact us for the delivery address (we have two locations). Here I had to constantly call the back. In the end, the delivery arrived at the wrong address. What a fumbling!
