Was referred to them by 311. Was asking for legal referral even though I am not old enough to use this service. Because I sounded "upset" MARIAH wanted my address to send someone over to my house to see if I was "okay." And literally started threatening me that she would. I am not elderly, but I feel bad that this agency is treating them like this. She was unbelievably rude!.
