So far Everything is working good. I will know better in about 6 months.

After completion my desk top did not run as fast as i had hoped.

i have found no benefits at all from this device.i completed a scan, ever since desktop running slower with more breakdowns..Frustrated.

Easy to use, I had to run the program through the bios, it found 4 malware on my Acer laptop.

Fix it stick didn t, find much and I can t tell any difference in performance.

I just put it in my computer and so far I can see an extreme difference, I am hoping it stays that way. Thank you FixMeStick

Purchased this nifty little Tech gadget after seeing it advertised several times on the Ideal World TV site.
Well what can I really say, other than, worth every penny spent.
Admitedly not the cheapest but definitely the easiest for in house maitenance for your own older and new tech gadgets.
This very laptop I'm typing on now, was slow, slugish and borering on outright lazy at start up and general functionaliy.
Plugged in the FIX ME STICK, went through a quick setup and left it to run over night. Went back to it in the morning reviwed the data, and it had found no less than 12 MALWARE and TROJAN ISSUES which it had removed off my laptop and asked if I wanted to view each one or remove them all now?? Mmmm!! let me think??? REMOVE!!!
Lap top now back to its youger self, like when I had purchased it 8 years ago, Yes 8 years.

It took at least 6 tries before the device would sync with my computer instead of the 3 stated in the instructions. I was on the verge of boxing it up and returning it when it finally decided to work. Once installed it did find 4 suspicious threats that my other virus and malware software did not.

Amazing. Fixed my computer the first time I used it. Well worth the price.

I am impressed with the ease of use and how well my computer runs following the use of the FixMeStick! It only took a couple of hours run time to get it all done. I will surely recommend this to everyone!

Used it on two computers. Both had known viruses. On the laptop it found 99 intrusions and fixed the problem. The desktop we could not use online because of ransom ware. The report found no problems. But later discovered the ransom ware was gone. So, not sure I believe FixMeStick did its job. Reserving judgement for now.

Don't rate it at all.. made no difference to my laptops,,,so sent it back ..
Emailed customer service no help was offered ,,so it was sent back.

FixMeStick arrived promptly via Amazon. Securely packaged. Easy to use - just plug in and you're away. Used on both my PC and laptop and issues found on both. Has improved stability but not improved speed. However, still a step forward

fix found me 2 issues and removed them ... my computer couldn't work at all before i used fix me ... wow really thanks - what other product do you have?

Would have given 5 stars but still no response as to terms...site says good for 1 year...card attached says 1 month...and email says expires Jan 8....just got it a week ago

Did not resolve my issues. Laptop still slow takes forever the start and access data

FixMeStick does the job as far as I can tell but the start date of the use period is based on the order date and not the date you receive the stick. In fact the start date should be the date you register the stick not the order date.

Worked well and removed the virus' I had contracted. Ran it a second time today and all is well. Just follow directions and take your time.

After the first use of the Fix me Stick my computer certainly appears faster and more stable. It is early days and as I get used to using 'Stick I wonder what other benefits i will get from further use.

The FixMeStick did very little on one computer and would not even boot up on the other. Do not waste you money with this item.

Fixmestick stick does an excellent job of rousting viruses and such. I can afford the subscription. The customer and tech support is excellent. Would prefer not to get so much advertising for other products.

Working great on One of my PC's but cannot get it to work on my other one. Will try one more time and see what happens

my computer is now slower than before I ran the virus scan. Ad states "use as many time as you like on as many machines as you want. I got a pop up screen while running the scan on my third devise and was told I could not use the fixit stick on anymore devices as three was the limit. no too thrilled with the fact that when I run clean computer, I get no indication as to what is being cleaned from my computer. I have no idea if you are actually cleaning anything off my computer or just running some cutesy software that makes it look like you are cleaning my computer.

fixmestick is the very best investment that i have made in quite a while. found and removed a virus the first time i used it. i would highly recommend this product.

I was really not sure if I was doing it right. But the msgs came up just like it said. I followed them and felt so good when it started working. At 76 I have really slowed down. Thank you so much. I was not wanting to have to get another PC.

I had a problem viewing Fox Business Live. After running FixMeStick I am now able to stream the video!!!

At first no matter how I try I couldn't get to work then when I got it to work it really was gteat it found one big problem and clean it.Ithink it's great I like it. I'm glad I got the 5pc and 2yrs plan

So far so good.One question you recommend, once a Month can it be more like every couple days or so. ...."....

Easy to use and worked like they say. It was a little difficult to locate file with Microsoft Edge.

One PC Tower 7 hour scan 2 malware found. Other PC 10 hour scan NO malware

just over an hour for win 8.1. same with win 10.truly satisfied

I finally broke down and bought the fix me stick, I have a lot of sensitive information so I believed I was protect by all the latest security. My software protection said my computer was safe and protected no virus, malware or any other infection, on a whim after watching Fixme stick commercials I decided to install it and see if it could find any infections on a 100% clean computer! Man was I wrong ! After running this FixMe stick it found six other extremely serious infection on my computer and repaired them. I am now a true believer and will always use the FixMe stick monthly to keep my computer running at 100%

I see no positive improvements after use. It made my preferred browser not work at all. Nothing is faster. My passwords show up as compromised. It took over 20 hours! What is going to happen now?

I just received and used only once. What a difference! I am amazed at the speed my computer performed at after using, as well as getting rid of "bugs" and any malwear, etc., by using the FixMeStick. It showed me exactly what was infecting my computer and removed the culprits. So easy too, that even I could use it, a 66 year old newbie to a lot of today's technology...just like the inventor Corey Velan's mother. Thank you! Highly recommend!

I think the FixMeStick is great. It cleaned two of my computers. They are both working great. Thank you for inventing such a great device.

I just recently purchased fixmestick, so I've only done one scan so far. It took 18 hours on our main laptop for the scan and to fix errors. Took 3 hours for my other laptop. I have not noticed any difference at all on either laptops! I have no clue if it made any difference ,since whatever problems I was having before fixmestick are still there. I can not say anything positive or negative about this product since I do not know if it actually made a difference that I do not notice!

The instructions should be written in larger print so people with vision problems can read them.

I couldn't get the stick work, but the issue was not the stick. There were numerous factory presets that the FixMeStick technical support team worked methodically with me during a support call to disable some non-essential settings. After those issues were resolved the stick completed a scan with fixes and now my computer appears to boot and process much faster and more efficiently.

It took almost 19 hours to run the scan. I allowed it to remove the files it felt it should remove. It is now running slower than it was.

I bought the FixMeStick back in 2018, never had a chance to use it as I beta test with other security software companies, but just a few days ago my sister had an old laptop she wanted some pictures and data backed up to a USB drive, she told me she thought the laptop had some type of infection, that back in 2012 she took it somewhere to have the infection removed, they claimed to have fixed it and also cloned Windows to a new HDD they installed, well when I booted it up and started it, I could tell if was running bad and it obviously had some type of malicious program running, so I decided to give the FixMeStick a try, plugged it in, rebooted as requested, it updated 1st due to never being used, then scanned the laptop and sure enough, found a trojan, removed it, rebooted and the laptop was running great (for an older laptop), was able to backup her pics/data without any issues and transfer them to her newer laptop. I will be using it more often for sure!

It is a good thing to have , I am going to get another one , soon. They need to make one to clean up cell phones.

FixMeStick found a couple of problems, but it didn't fix the original problem, which is access to my Windows Start up page or my Desktop. I'm considering trying the StartMeStick next.

This is actually my 4th fix me stick - after trying the trial version then a one year - then a 3 computer 2 years version and now a 6 computer lifetime version - also they have totally excellent dedicated customer service - buy it you will not regret it!

Easy set up and takes a few hours to complete @ clean found malware @ quarantined it then got rid of it EASY

Does not work on my computer and I have asked for help but the solutions were no fixing the issue

Only tried it out once so it is too early to say...

NOT A LOT TOOK ME 4 HOURS TO GET MY 2010 macbook to reboot and several more to get it working
also when I tried to do my main mac it failed to find keyboard and mouse
and since I have neither a wired keyboard or mouse so all in all not a lot of good will be sending it back to QVC when I can get out of shielding

Unfortunately its not a fix all. Hard to rate something when it did not cure the problem. It appears, in all fairness, this is a problem that HP is aware of and I have a computer that is trash because of it. It is less than 2 years old.

After 2 scans, our laptop is running like a new one. Thankful for new and improved.

It worked for my laptop within a few hours-removed the virus-I am totally satisfied with this product.

As for as I can tell it's working great. I am very happy with it.

I've used your product in the past and some what pleased...Getting started is the bugapoo..and I fault that with windows 10 but....10 has been out for some time and the problems should have been addressed....still....looking forward to working with ya....thanks Dan

Ran a scan when my FixMeStick first. It found 30 virus's that needed to be deleted. The software deleted or quarantined all of them. Very happy with this product.

did two computers and it did speed it up. Not as much as I would have thought but then I started reading the tips that pop up and after trying a couple of those tips my computer is running faster than before. Very easy to use. Just plug it in and follow the prompts

Did very little to fix the problems with my computer. But it did get the big stuff.

So Far so good. I am happy with how the removal of virus that AVG professional version did not catch and the performance of my computers have improved. I am also glad it did not disrupt any my existing program that was installed . So far a thumb up!

It took off 3 infections and it was still slow and locking up when first booted up after running the stick the first time so I ran it again and it didn't find anything the second time but my computer is still slow at times and locks up for about 30 seconds before it starts working again, this was the main reason I wanted the stick, I understand this is windows 7 and the computer is old but I thought it might fix the problem.

Works as advertised. My computer seems to be much faster now.

So far, so good! I've used it on only one computer---my laptop. I'll be using it on my desktop tonight.

I was having a problem not being able to get word to print documents. I ran the fix me stick threw its program and now it works fine.

I must admit I was a bit skeptical about this tiny bit of metal when it came in the mail. I plugged it into my laptop that I got a year ago, and it only had one issue. Then my husband plugged into my old dinosaur Windows 7 computer that I haven't used in a couple of years because of the issues it had. It took 12 hours to run and fix things, and when I went to use it, it was SO much better!! I highly recommend this to anyone that has issues with their device.

It is a great technology as my computer needed a good viral cleaning.

I have only used it once and I am not sure yet if my computer is any faster so will wait and see if it gets better after the next scan

My stick was destroyed in a fire and Fix Me Stick replaced it! Very good customer service!!
After running the Fix Me Stick I unfortunately could not see any improvement in how my computer ran.

Wow, as little rough to get started. Had to reboot 3 times, but once it ran it's checks and it fixed my computer. Computer has been slow for 2 years. Now I can use it. Thank you.
p.s. Sent a separate email. Somehow I received 2 in mail and billed for 2. Which I am sure will be resolved.

Used it first on my present laptop...no change in speed or performance for the better but it IS more slow now and keeps freezing up now. Found and fixed 4 infections supposedly. Second PC was so slow and loaded down with viruses we stopped using it a couple years ago so I was completely surprised that it found ZERO infections (took over 24 hrs) No improvement whatsoever. 3rd PC Has been non workable for over 3 years and will not boot up...After several tries got the FixMeStick to load and do a scan...It said NO infections found...duh! It still won't come on except to scan with FixMeStick. I guess it's 59.99 down the drain.

I'am very pleased with the stick,no virus left after use,works very well.But here's the main thing,while using the fixmestick a couple of years,it pulled apart while removing from usb slot.I contacted the support by web.Claire responded,very nicely and sent me a replacement,I'am a happy camper!!
