Hi, the stick was despatched rapidly, and I was excited to use it. I followed the simple instructions and left it to run in my laptop. It took just under an hour to 'do its thing' but only came up with one problem. I pressed the 'fix' button and it was done. I have not noticed any improvement in performance so I presume my existing software has been doing its job, but that in itself is reassuring. Maybe the laptop is running slow due to its being old, a bit like me!
