Customer Service was fantastic!!! I have a HP and it was hard to figure out how to do the virus scan. Jonathan was excellent walking me thru all the steps to get it to work! I highly recommend the FixMeStick and if you don't understand something, Customer Service will be there for you .. Thank you!
