I got a got a virus on my work computer when I down loaded a driver.

I have multiple personal Norton 360 licences so tried to download it. The virus blocked the site. I purchased Fixmestick and ran it.
When it got to the screen where it processes my files, it acted as if it were processing for ~45 mins and it processed 0 files. Then it reported that my system was safe.
