Air no good feel dizzy, clearness very bad, check in by computer no key giving

Hotel room, places of Entertainment, eating out all are very good. As we are regular visitors to Genting, and if to offer hotel like Maxim or Genting Gland it would be perfect

Ok i like the place food and the cool weather. I escape the terrible heat to be here.

The room was nice and clean. the staff who entertained us at the front desk was really friendly and accommodating.i would love to go back and stay again :)

fast check in and check out hotel room. I went genting 3 years ago, and this time I found many new things - so great! I will recommend my friends to go Genting - its fun now!

Very nice hotel indeed... Gainting is attached to this hotel... Gainting is casino in Malaysia... I'm staying in top most 28th floor... Spectacular view... We can use skyway cable car to reach hotel directly..

2 stars is for the location.. sorry... because the hotel condition really not v good. My room is v stuffy cos no air con and the window is facing a wall n another window. I had to switch on the ceiling to speed 3. To my horror, cotton balls of dust fibre begin to rain down on us. On the bed on the floor... if not for the location n we last minute book for super peak period, i would rather try the new hotels.
Checking in also have much to improve. Because we wanted to pay to check in earlier using auto check in. We need 2 rooms with inter connecting door. Had a hard time at the auto check in counter, even asked for help but still after ding dong a few counter and assistance, had been instructed to go bk to queue at counter 1 for regular check in. Wasted so much time there..

Checking in and out was quick and easy. The room was clean but the floor was not. My only issue is I keep hearing all sorts of noise coming from all directions throughout the night. The lifts were efficient. Overall, it still deserves 4 stars.

Friendly staff. beds very comfortable for the price. usually budget hotel give 1 pillow but this gives 2. do TAKE NOTE for early check in people. can pay extra $5rm (if i remember correctly) to early check in. Toilet is clean but a bit strange to have no main toilet door so maybe if you take a dump your room mate can smell lol if the exhaust fan is not strong enough lol. There also seem to be no air conditioning for the room (stayed in tower 2) but the weather make it ok.

Location is damn good. nearest to all the food and the casino too. Parking is free for hotel stayees.

I take away 2 stars because there is no WIFI in the rooms and to use you need to pay $15rm (only 1 person login) and only use the WIFI at the main lobby. I find it not really acceptable for a hotel. Even cheaper motels in Vietnam and Thailand have free Wifi. They need to find a more customer friendly way to make money.

It's great to be in the largest hotel in the world. Very impressive and offers a lot of different forms of entertainment in the vicinity of the hotel. The only setback is things are rather expensive.

Room after clean unable to checking, even after 3pm, safe box both room not working, one room soap dispenser cannot use.

It's a budget hotel but at a scale of any five star. They have anything to everything like from mall to amusement park, restaurants to food courts. Services are fast and staff is well behaved & cooperative.

I really loved it. Only thing I lost lot of money gambling in Genting but I will come back because I love this place.

This is mountain view room which from Tower 1. Room is newly refurbished, cleanliness is good. They also provide hot water and warm water on every floor. Beside that, management is setting hand sanitizer in every lift entrance on ground floor. Health officer also using temperature scanner to measure guest temperature. The latest upgrade I think is self check in kiosk, we used less than 2 mins to get our room key (we made a early booking).

Good place for shopping. Good food. Nice and cozy place.

World's biggest hotel, with the worst rooms ever! You have to keep waiting for a room that is prebooked

Room was ok but due to the newly renovated room the paint smell of the cupboard and shelving are very strong.....unable to sleep or stay in the room...end up not able to enjoy my stay in genting.

i have to see doctor after coming back home due to sleep deprive and dizziness.

The World Club Room was spacious. However would like to point out that the carpet looked dirty and stained.

Price is cheap if you are just looking for a place to sleep. However WiFi speeds leaves much to be desired - don't expect to be able to do anything more than messaging over data network. There are no tables or chairs too so don't expect to do any serious work.

Excellent time spent. You must have 2-3 days max to explore all the things.

The rooms looked old and the facilities are faulty. Had a toilet that is consistently dripping. Self check in kiosk was not working properly at all. Had to scan 2nd guest's passport for room key to the other room but keep saying the passport was invalid. Reception counter was useless to help as well.

Toilet a bit small, towel is wet. But near to casino, very convenient.

The hotel was very huge! Please be prepared for long time to check in during mass holiday time. The hotel offers a self check in services. However, for all of you who book it using 3rd party website (in my case, traveloka) please be aware that you need to regiester your details first before you self-check. Otherwise, the machine will not recognize your booking. The room was standard, don't expect too much as it is an old hotel.

Tower 3 was a whole new experience when I first stayed but Tower 1 and 2 are still the same and it really brings back a lot of childhood memories, anyways its still a wonderful hotel to stay in

First World ist the Center of everything in Genting Highlands. This lively place ist the worlds largest hotel. Next to it ist the giant Casino, a Shopping Mall, an IMAX Cinema, a Video Game Arcade and the Snow World. The 20th century fox Theme Park was still under construction.

Too big, very tiring to walk till tower 3, self check in n out process is very simple and easy

Even the room are small, but the design of that room make us feels comfy and love it..

Slow service for just repairing the water basin of the water couldn t go down smoothly even we did pull behind the tap by letting the water going down so I called to the customer service two times for this maintenance and even the fan power is really weird only have 0 and 4 so means 1,2 & 3 totally couldn t work

Could do better to ensure dust were properly clean in the room

I enjoy the trip very much. The room is clean and comfortable. But casino is smoky and disturbing. The lightning machines should be increased to accomodate the need of the players because they have to wait for hours before they have a chance to play . The management team should fulfill the needs of aged visitors .Thanks.

New building is very well insulated as compared to the old one. The service is very good and they try to fulfill the requests we have. We took a night coach from Singapore to Genting, and waited a couple of hours to get the room we wanted with early check-in. This time the trip is more enjoyable than the last as there are many things to do. Looking forward to the theme park and zouk the next time.

Average. Almost bad, however the receptionist makes it different. He is very helpful. The reason for this low score was because there were many hidden costs not published like there is tourist tax of RM20, if you check in from the receptionist then another RM15 when you failed the automatic self check in kiosk. The self check in has limited choices. Me and my family booked 2 rooms and we need a connecting rooms but the self checkin kiosk said none available. So we go to queue for receptionist to ask for option which is now available but need some time to get both rooms ready.

I like the setup of your world Card Room. The cleaners were all well mannered. Request was promptly taken care of.

Service is good, room is clean but the television reception was poor. Food is good many choices. Shopping is great.

It is world's largest hotel having 28 floors and 7351 rooms. It has three towers. It was opened in 2001. Lobby is quite big and attractive. It is three star hotel. It is part of Resort world Genting. It is connected to Plaza, skyway Avenue, mall, other resorts. Wifi is not available. Breakfast is complementary. Water for drinking will be available near lift or in cooridor as it is not possible to provide water in each room. Glass and jug is available in each room. Be careful while coming back from room. Remember the path. It is very big hotel. Room is good and cozy.

Disappointed with room amenities, cleanliness & atmosphere

Service is,good, check in smooth and my request for room near lift was Entertained.without question. Housekeeping staff friendly. Improvement needed for operator to answer calls,more promptly cos calls were unaswered for more than 7-10 mins fr my WCR....not very acceptable. Otherwise, a very satisfactory n pleasant stay. Thank you n a Happy New Year to all staff
