Hotel room was literally provision of room. Expect minimal facilities provided

Ceiling Fan control speed is broken. Sound proof is not very good.

clean room. quiet. cooling even without fan. great for 3 days 2 night.

Reasonable accommodation for what you pay. It s just a place to rest rather than relax. There s only really basic amenities so best to bring your own bathing utilities

So far so good. Only found out that existing cleaner was performed by foreign workers. The cleanliness of room condition is not comparable during my previous stayed (when outdoor theme world park was available). Brush up foreign workers quality awareness.

Nice triple room with wifi. Additional amenities such as toothbrush would be even better. Convenient location for shopping, dining and gaming.

Not the best hotel but pretty decent. Newly renovated rooms are better than before. Tower 3 the new block is nice

During check in, I found the window is not closed properly and inform the service dept, they have responded it professionally. Keep it up.

Self Checking in and out kiosk was a bliss. Operate more like a budget hotel. Towers in d room are so pathetically thin.

Claimed to be the largest hotel in the world with 7300+ rooms. Towel 1 standard room is just basic amenities, no closet (rod and hangers), shower stall and room size are like a inside cabin on a cruise ship. TV hanging on the wall. Self check-in kiosks are problematic with assistants hard to find. Check-in reception is not the friendliest. Do not expect any form of luxury, just a place to crashed after spending time in the casino or the shopping/entertainment complex. Conference Center and Outlet Mall nearby. Mid-hill cable car to hotel, alternative to driving up to the top.

Good: Cheap, and super fast check in. Bad: Small room, bed sheets were dirty, lipstick mark was seen on my bed sheets, toilet is small, and sadly no more complimentary parking

Once check in i found the fan is not functioning. I call the reception and inform about the issue. They Immediately send technician to check the problem, when the technician says that cant repair, they immediately change the room for us.
Due to bring my uncle and aunty , the provide me connecting room.

The check in & check out service is very fast due to kiosk machine.
If there is any error due to check then need to refer to guest counter.
Very polite staffs.

Even the room and the bathroom are very small. The room is not smelly & its very clean .The customer service is very excellent.

Got to stay here for a short - one night stay in this hotel. It's cheap if you split it with friends. The hotel is really modern and great self check in and check out system. It's lobby also integrated with the malls so it's easy for us. But we didnt get any amenities, it's a problem for people like me who always depends on the hotel amenities if we're travelling. Also the room is really small and narrow. Beside that, this hotel is still great, the quality is over than the price we paid.

Room service was good however try to have more non-smoking floors for the elderly people concern.

hotel provided for visitors who come to shop and gamble simple room and drinking water is only provided outside the room that we can take the check-in process and check out we can do with the machine

The room is not very big, their room come with different configurations. A room with 2 single bed but sufficient for us to take a rest before exploring the place.
There's separate toilet and wash room. But travelling with friends may be a bit awkward as there's no place to hang your clothes. So you have to change outside of the bathroom :)
There's smoking and non smoking room to choose from. The room is equip with a small fridge, safe and water boiler and some complimentary coffee and tea bag.
During the weekend it will be hard to secure a parking lot. So once you get one explore the place by taxi or the cable car (to Qing Sui Temple or Genting Premium Outlet).
Checking in is pretty simple, just our ID will do. Checking out is very simple as well, just drop the key to the check out kiosk.

Never got chance to stay First world hotel superior deluxe room. Hope for my next coming stay. Thanks.

Was given a standard room.Too congested n difficult to have a bath.

Tower 1. Standard room. We booked a deluxe queen bed online but got a twin bed instead. Since the hotel is huge and have over 7000+ rooms, guests are encouraged to check in and check out by self service kiosk. So much easier than queuing up at reception counter. Room is clean. But no toothbrush/toothpaste, slipper provided. Have safe deposit, soap, shower cap, towels, hair dryer in the room. No breakfast. Have many restaurants but mostly non-halal. Except for the fast food chain. Parking charge tho for RM12 per day

Room has not much amenities. Room worn out. No benefits given to members to encourage us to bring family.

Room is small with no views at tower 3. However there are plenty of rooms so you will get your stay

Hotel is great but still the same issue that I facing since 2019 Chinese new year the parking ticket not payable at Sky Avenue is really makes inconvenience

I was given a Wi-Fi deluxe rm at Tower 3 with no view at kiosk. But later I went to counter to change. This man gave us standard rm at Tower 1 but noisy 6 floor with all the air-con blasting. L

Considered ok if you want to spend the night at genting at a cheap and budget place

Got a quarter view room. Quite hot. No Aircon, wasn't able to change to one with mountain view, which would have been much cooler, understandable. Since its Christmas period.

New extension wing has many interesting F&B concepts

Maze like building structure. Can be confusing at times. Clear signage will be gd lol

All along been living w first world and hope their room will be more cleaner than before as I love first world hotel. The bathroom need some hooks to hang clothing which this one I am looking forward

Check in was a brezze using the kiosk. Room was clean & quite. Great that we had a choice for floor & non smoke room. However mugs were lacking in the wash area for tooth brushing & it will be great if the shower is removable, like we need to clean our feet & foot only at times. We stayed on L15 Y5 room. TQ.
