One thing I'm very disappointed with Resort world Genting one offer 1 small slice of cake for your long long time member. What a shame for a big organisation.
Has been more than 5 years since the last time we came here. Book a triple room. Room is small but comfortable, simple and nicely designed. Separate toilet and shower stall. Shower stall was weird, having to hang our clothes outside. RW should consider redesigning the shower stall. Put a door to seal the basin and shower stall. Don't think many will like to walk out naked to grab their clothes ... However good shopping and many eateries in sky avenue and first world plaza.
Everything is good except for noisy neighbor who speak very loud at late night
Well its the only one here most guests will go for due to thr amount of rooms available. Rooms are upkept to a minimum and really quite surprising wifi is still not available and not free. Aside from rest nothing much needed for the rooms as guests mainly roam around to explore.
General for stay overnight and convince are important.
Had been staying in this hotel every year for the past 10 years. Although the rooms are not very grand, but it is sufficient for a 2-3 nights stay with 1-2 pax. Not recommended for big family of more than 4 pax
I like this hotel. I come and stay twice a year. There is no aircon and so enjoy the cool mountain air. It is clean and well kept. Value for money.

Located next to Genting's SkyCasino (RWG). Carpark rates are 11RM a day on weekdays, 17RM on weekends. Area nearby also has a shopping mall for your food and shopping needs. Hotel was a basic room, cups and towel provided. Bring your own toothbrush. Room has natural air conditioning, meaning they tap on Genting's cool air instead of an air conditioning unit. Room size is sufficient for the price you pay for.

For that amount of money spent, worth every penny.. although must warn that rooms are small plus water dispenser is on the floor, u don't get water bottles in the room, but all and all cost effective, plus you spend most time out of room, so it's ok. Do ask for a valley facing room

The rooms were small and there was hardly any space to put the luggage. When I wanted to make a drink, I could not find a teaspoon to stir my drink. The food at the lobby was very expensive too. Furthermore, the room that I stayed in had no view. The only view that I got was another person's room.
Extremely functional hotel with bare minimum facilities. You get what you pay for
T3 room seems prettier on photos than what it physically is, not well maintained as well cos condition is just slightly better than T2. Hopefully the T1 and T2 could be upgraded or at least renovated to improve the staying comfort and also to add channels i.e. the Chinese CCTV international channels, National Geography etc...
The best & luxury hotel in Genting Highland, Malaysia. The morning view is the best view you can see that from room window. They have decorated very nicely in lobby area. The most digitalised hotel in Genting. Reasonable room rent. I like this hotel so much & will must visit again.

I was there few of the times,for some official reasons related to our job,and I would say they really deserve the title of , world's largest hotel,how they are dealing and showing professionalism with customers around the world is just amazing,the rooms and room service is great, during holidays that's a bit inconvenience, otherwise it's all good,I haven't tried auto check in machines but sure that'll be helpful too,it's a wheelchair accessible premises,so no worries about accessibility.
It's slightly out of maintenance. But, very reasonable price.

This is the most affordable hotel you can have in Genting Highlands..The price is less than RM150 per night if you make ealier booking thru its website..The check in and check out for this hotel is just using self service kiosk..You dont need to queue to the counter..its easy to find your room if you know how to read the receipt of your room..the only things is you must know which tower is your room located..the hotel is walking distance to the skyavenue indoor themepark..starting on september 2018 the parking on weekdays is rm11 per day or rm1 on first hour and rm2 for next hour..if you go on weekends the parking is rm17 per day..no more free parking like before..the picture is my husband with my 2nd baby boy..we drop by to buy our favourite snacks here Churros..Do try it out..my son fav is Churros Chocolate..

As most of you know this is really a 3 stars hotel so I would say it s already giving what it should provide. This place it s really nice to those ppl who don t want to do anything and stay in hotel. List of activities that you can fizz

Please aspect some messy arrangements when stay at here. Parking in need to pay. Crowded with ppl. Carpark to lobby-too far. Room. Tidiness is a big concern.comferter look old. Got some hole. Smelly. Floor not clean enough.WORLD LARGEST HOTEL.

The fog sometime too foggy that you cant even see the outside the hotel ..
Filled with astonishing game, themepark , state of the tech arcade with some vr games..
But make sure you well prepared with a lots of money because thing here is so expensive

Excellent except not enough mineral water cz I came with my family and my granddaughter who needs a lot water for preparing her milk.
Nice and decent rooms. But checking in can be time consuming sometimes eventhough booked online.
Check in at the kiosk was a breeze.
The room is well make up except there's some dust at the shirt hanger, probably unused by guest.
The bedding is firm but support was good. Bath cubicle is separated with a glass door and this keeps the wash basin and commode area dry. Water heater worked well.
I had a sound sleep.
So i resume as below:
- small room
- small bathroom
- No mineral water in room or welcome drink
- wifi on and off
- No AC but not hot
- No toothpaste & toothbrush
- tv channel is very limited
- room clean also clean bedsheets
But for check in & check out is very efficient, no need go to counter or receptionist just using machine and it was user friendly (attaching the machine pictures)
I was hoping to have a nice view where I could see the sky and mountains. Also, First World Hotel Lobby is filled with air pollution where I can smell the carbon monoxide of the vehicles and smokes of cigarettes.
Just only look at the pictures it make me suddenly want to go
