Very crowded to check in and the room terrible small

Clean and nice, but the car parking charges is quite expensive.

This place is like A TOTAL DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE...Its like living in a big city..EXPLORE EAT SLEEP REPEAT :P

It is verrrrry large hotel containing best facilities so you should go for it.

It have a machine for self check in and self check out.

A little messy now with construction works ongoing. But whatever is done up looks good so far

Everything is great, with only the part for self check in which the server couldn t cater that much of high volume usage at 3pm and it s take really long for the loading process and delay the check in process. Long queue.

Except for the fact that you stay in a guiness world record hotel, nothing fancies you.

No matter it's Deluxe or Superior, still squeezy.
Other services are good as well.

My family enjoyed staying at Tower 3 on 25-27 Oct 2019. We enjoyed the followings : multiple choices of food, passing times on the small bettings in the Sky Casino, observing different races from all over the world, cleanliness of the entire genting highlands, beautiful huge magical LED lightings and tv screens display, safe and secured environment, fantastic indoor Theme Park ,cooling climate and the romantic High Line in the night.

The food there is great.. Many choices for u to choose

Fun, Relax, Vibrant place, Safe and Clean environment, good for family.

Those newly renovated rooms are clean and have good hot water shower.

Yes. Staying in A Superior Deluxe room deducting 300+GP, I expected more than the normal standard room. Bathroom and toilet cubicle were very small. No toothbrushes were provided when all others were( sanitary bag, comb, shower caps, etc) Sound funny.

Very clean and basic. Except facing views of rooftops which are ugly sights not impressive for a big hotel resort

Standard room has very simple basic amenities. Small TV. Fan was slow without much wind. No aircon in the room.

No place to play for time manage to find a place later and had good time

The lobby is cool, you can do check in by machine since the hotel has more than 7000 rooms. But the room is small...

Room condition could have been better as was old esp 1st night. Water has a taste.

It was a wonderful experience where the hotel is nice however I suggest to put an extra door in the toilet

I been staying regularly at FWH on standard room tower 1, 13774, 13782, and recently at 13778. I very impressed one if the housekeeping by the name Salim, he is very helpful, friendly, and honesty. For sure ,next visit I will staying at 13th floor at FWH. I want him to clean my room.

There should be a priority lane for platinum members ONLY at the front counters.

The world largest hotel that worth to stay.
Although the outdoor and indoor theme park are under renovation, however new "believe it or not" theme park could help kids to play.
Hate to say, most of people there are not very welcome and most of foods are very pricey.

Great place for enjoying with families. Even Although tickets for each game are not as cheap as expected.. But I am sure you are still enjoying your fun time

No toothbrush toothpaste bathing supplies provided. Remember to bring own supplies.

Self check in kiosk is definitely saving tons of time during check in, mattress was comfy and room was clean n tidy

Room is cleaned & sanitize during MCO, a lot of attraction, mall, food & entertainment to enjoy, recommended if you wanna have fun(deep pocket is required)

One of the largest hotel in the world with the smallest of room size, limited rooms with good view and lack of basic room amenities, which is surprising for even in a deluxe room. Excluding room size and amenities lots of activities and pretty big place to explore around.

Everything was fine but not happy with your BIG WHEEL in Sky Casino

The checkin is a bit convulated if the automated machines don't work (like if you do a late checkin) because there are only so few manual counters and the line is long. However, the rooms have been upgraded to give them a more modern feel despite the budget hotel room size.
