Average. Almost bad, however the receptionist makes it different. He is very helpful. The reason for this low score was because there were many hidden costs not published like there is tourist tax of RM20, if you check in from the receptionist then another RM15 when you failed the automatic self check in kiosk. The self check in has limited choices. Me and my family booked 2 rooms and we need a connecting rooms but the self checkin kiosk said none available. So we go to queue for receptionist to ask for option which is now available but need some time to get both rooms ready.
