KL hot ,here cool , almost untouched tropical forest , lots of freedom , only place in Asia with 24 hours on

A good place to stay but the room price a bit high during holidays...

Snow world is no longer working. They must update websites so that others won't go their for that. Casino is good and food is good as well but expensive.

Everything is there! The awesome scenery from the hill, the cool temperature, shopping, children's theme park and food!!! A perfect short getaway!!!

Cheap price,room are small but tidy and comfortable.

Lobby and elevators are very modern in terms of design. The rooms, however, are a bit compact despite having separated the toilet and the shower room (which is nice when you're sharing the room with someone else in my opinion). There is a water dispenser for each of the hotel's floor, where you can get hot and cold drinking water.

Not very good, inconvenient need to check out & check in , not given more days for free room.

Prefer third tower rooms because more spacious, comfortable beds, only thing missing is a desk.

Toilet and bathroom is so small nobody can change clothes inside , practically to use as naked from outside.

It's the largest hotel in the world (based on rooms), and it's very crowded during holiday season (I came last June when Ramadan ends where most of Malaysian and tourists travel to Genting) but with self-check in kiosk and some help, you can save some time from waiting in line. The rooms are great and some even have wonderful views. The hotel is also connected to Sky Avenue Mall and the Cable Car that can bring you to some of great destination.

Room was spacious and worth the additional cost. Definitely a 100% better than the standard rooms. Very convenient as the eateries are located very close by. Has its own casino also.

Room got bed bugs. Got bitten very badly after a night sleep!!!

Front desk n receptionist also the service are very bad, have to queued for 2,5hrs to get booked room

The rooms are in so poor condition and the rooms definitely needs to be upgraded significantly for the amount of money that is being charged

Such a big hotel! It needs more self check in machines. And I couldn't get the type of the room that i have booked online tho.

Room is small, there are only towels in bathroom. Remember to bring your own toothpaste, toothbrush, comb and slipper.

No kettle, but there is hot water in the hall.

Self check out is quite convenience.

4 choices of breakfast with less than 14rm.

Parking fee counts as 24 hours for a day, 12rm for weekday, 18rm for weekend. But if you come on Sunday and stay a night, it will be 12rm.

Overall satisfactory....but some shortcoming......Room ceiling fan control knob cannot set to low speed, another thing TV channel some TV channel --TV3, TV7-- transmission not clear, stable.... need ur workers to double check all these...

Checking in and checking out was super easy! The hotel was clean and located at a super convenient place. Definitely more worth it if you go sometime in 2019 when the indoor theme parks open. The shower and toilet were separated, and kinda small. But unless you plan on having a shower with you s/o, it shouldn't be a problem.

Rooms are to small for a family and it's quite expensive too

Standard room with bare minimum facilities; two single beds + bath towels. No tv, fridge & toiletries

Basic accommodation + vicinity to the casino and mall. Don t expect anything else.

remember to pick a Mountain View room to avoid having a room with a window drawn on the wall (practically).

Something very beautiful.. Their is lot of things to do. 2 days maybe less to explore this place.

Though pains have been taken to make it catchy to each eye on all levels.It rivals five star malls and restaurants but the hotel is pathetic with sterile floors and walls it reminds u of checking in a hospital don't even ask about bathrooms .Separately done cubicles with bare standing place.

It was a terrible and most uncomfortable experience. We stayed at 1st world from 6th to 9th Oct on the 11th floor at Tower 2.The toilet and bathroom have glass doors that cannot be latched and there is no privacy if you are staying together with a platonic friend as the glass doors are translucent. There is no hanger in the bathroom so you cannot <br/>put up your clothes before taking your shower.There is no handle where you can secure yourself in case of a slip.There isn't any non-slip mat too.Every hotel should,at least offer tooth brush n tooth paste n slippers as a compliment.It is very unpleasant to move around your room without your shoes on as the floor is not carpeted.There isn't a chair where you can sit and do your makeup or to enjoy a cup of tea.TV channels are mostly in the malay language and I wonder how many people would watch or understand. There isn't a single English news channel.There is no wifi too.

The default Standard room package is always the lousiest. Upgrade if you would like to have more comfortable stay.

Room was clean but the toilet bowl looks like it was not not scrub for ages, stains of urine n black markings still remains in the bowl.

Hoping the next visit i can stay in resort hotel i had been member for 14 year had nv stay in resort and hope my membership card is gold
