Nice, clean, quiet and comfortable place during my staying. I like the GFW hotel very much.

Good environment it's a nice place for family holiday.

The cleanliness of the room is just bad , the room keepers literally sweep the trash under the bed and act like none of us will know . I can see mask under the bed too .The service used to be good and the room used to be cleaned but I don't know what happened to it

It was an awesome place. So many rooms. Casino, bowling and snow world. You will love this place. The room will be cheap and compact. No ac is needed as it is hill station. And it was great checking in through machine and check out was through machine only.

Try to ask the staff at customer service centre in Genting (M) during my recent visit to secure booking for coming Dec 19. They are not able to assist despite telling them to check my records and that I m a regular client. Not sure if the management can look into this. However, I will still be looking forward to receive free room stay and support this effort to enable more frequent trips to Genting. Thanks

Easy check in, small hotel rooms smallest toilet ever seen in my life.

Standard room tower 1 on 14 Dec - room very bare. 1st time had this type of room. Very uncomfortable stay.
But 15 and 16 Dec superior deluxe tower 2 was good. Very satisfied.
Usually I try to get resort hotel. Overall stay was OK..
House cleaning for superior deluxe room was good.

reasonable price. sometimes very cheap deal with Agoda. however have to puck non smoking room cuz smoking room smell so disgusting cannot sleep. no A/C, no refrigerator. online booking need to self check in with staffs

Dated hotel, but ok place to place your head for the night after a few rounds at the casino. No wifi.

Stayed in tower 3, everything is newer than tower one and two. Just the escalator is slow, especially during check out period. Should have divide escalators to service odd and even floors, which might take shorter waiting time.

Cable car is down for maintenance at the time of visit. Do try to find alternative methods of transportation. Hotel is generally clean. Rooms are decently sized. Do watch out for the huge weekend crowds.

My prime time to stay here (in tower 3) for vacation with family and not truly impress me at all, as difficult and far away to reach water dispenser and there is no mineral water bottles (for hostel with this rate). However the one thing that annoy me the most is the bathroom itself.. and no closing door to cover me after shower to take towel etc.. and so freaking close with room door.. suddenly when someone's walk in from door, they could see you naked when you want to dry up quite dirty and unpleasant wall paint and tricky view from the window, as we have no idea if the sun has risen or nah (as I want to see the sky to know the time) but however if I wanted to visit Genting, just for one whole day trip. But if you just want to gamble or something by yourself alone this room is very enough for you

Literally the worst experience of my Dec holidays! Priced and booked like a full fledged hotel, but charging for everything like a budget hotel! Even Tune Hotel has got better service! Avoid unless you re desperate!

Clean and neat. Amenities adequate.
Area for improvement:
1. There is no option online to extend stay for a room packaged with concert ticket, resulting in 2 separate bookings and 2 different rooms allocated during self check-in.
2. After checking in at kiosk, need another procedure to get reception staff to change room. These processes are inefficient and time consuming.
3. Check-in at kiosk and reception counter took 2 hrs. This is very long.
4. Bath room is too small.

Tower 1 Corner Room Standard... Not value for $ for the size....

About 45 minutes drive from KL, a great spot for sightseeing.

First I was wondering to stay at the worlds biggest hotel. Although room were very smal and cleanness was average but outside of the room wascfull of enjoying things

Room is small, but comparing to its price, it is okay. Mostly self service at the kiosk for check in, as for d room, it is not very clean, still have rooms for improvement. Only thing I like d most is d cool climate. Malaysia is a hot hot country, so this place is like an escape from d scorching climate.

Best in South East Asia for funs and entertaining spot.

At Maxims Hotel is good as 5 star but at First World Hotel is not so good not every rooms have Wifi and the towel is very hard feel

Reasonable hotel to stay if you are in genting for a short stay or vacation. Can be squeezy and cramp especially the toilet.

Really a cheap hotel... Deluxe room at only 68 ringgit. and standard room starts from only 48 ringgit only. No wonder alot of singaporean chinese flocked there... cheap hotel room and great facility...

Great! Links to Sky Avenue & First World Plaza.
Access to Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park, Void, Big Top, Snow World, Genting Bowl, SeniKome, etc.

Room wise:
Tower 1 is kinda old. Standard room has no "natural light". And if you're a non smoker, remember to ask for nonsmoking floor!
If you've the chance, stay in Tower 3 as it's much better in terms of facility and rooms amenities.

Overall, if you're on tight budget and prefer easy access to places of interests, then THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU :)

Rooms 27-973 n 975 windows leaking flooring wet.
No tissue n coffee replenish esp. 961 on 2nd day. Flooring sticky. Otherwise ok

Worst ever hotel I ever stayed in. Customer service is very bad. The only hotel which never provides a plate when requested. Towel is also requested and not provided. I will never ever come back to this hotel again. The view is outside is also horrible.

Checked in First World Hotel yesterday(29 June 2018) around 2pm, paid extra surchages on one hour check in earlier and for room near to lift. After went into room realised that the safety box is locked, called the customer service hotline and waited more than 1 hour to get the technician come to our room with more than 5 chasing calls in between. The reason we chased them is because we need to keep our valuable things in the safety box before we go out of the room again. After that we came back to room again around 1035pm. When I went to shower, on the water and shower head just flew out and hit my head then dropped onto floor. It was seriously a terrible and frightening experience. After checked on the shower head, it was actually seriously cracked and no replacement or inspection is done before we checked in. Another things we came to realised is the safety box was not able to be opened due to error because my husband and I remembered the same password key in. Called the customer service hotline again on both the issues, another round of waiting again. After that they arranged another room for us, then we need to waste another round of time to pack and unpack our stuff to shift to another room. Asked the supervisor whether they can do any compensation like free upgrade room for us as it was really spoilt our day and mood but he said not possible and just walked away without any other compensation other than apology. My husband said he has terrible experience with the hotel's customer service for his first trip to genting highlands. Highly not recommended for people looking for a hotel room in genting highlands!!

Great for a short getaway. A variety of rooms available. Rooms are not large...just enough for 2pax of adults. If u r going with kids...ensure to get larger rooms.

I was upgraded to gold card statist n was not given a better room as stated by the sms b4 I converted to gold card.

Becos I got a chance to stay in a comfort room of Super Deluxe.. Hope I can upgrade to above rooms to a better one.
