No tissue box in rooms..No drinking water bottle in room ...as guest parking also need to pay as full rate without discount,..

Weekdays price only RM90+ but during weekend can reach up to RM500. Make sure you booked earlier. If you are desperate, try check at Airbnb. Tried once. Got to pay RM250. At least can save some money. It's always full during weekend and holidays.

Busy place but our check in and check out smoothly done. Be prepared to walk throughout Genting. Windy road.. take the Cable Car!

Very clean n love d mountain view but d water flow down d wash basin was very, very slow as it seems to have choking problem....

Cheap hotel following AirAsia style. All need to pay like toothbrush and in addition no fridge. But in the same building with all the entertainments so plenty to do 24hours.

Worst hotel in Genting, small and cramp rooms, bathroom no doors, small and budget TV, no wardrobe.

Small room, no Aircond, the bathroom is small. If u want to check in early there will be a surcharge of rm5, u can pay by cash or use yr genting point to deduct. No basic amenities eg brush, tooth paste, only got one shampoo(whc is 2in 1 - useable for body and hair) and a pack of coffee and tea. Check out and check in can use the kiosk to do, so save time.

Like the environment and lots of selection of food.

There is free wifi in tower 3 rooms. average rooms for not so fussy people.

Comfortable at Tower 3 hotel. Lift lobby is slightly far from Sky Avenue.

Smokey. Lack of facilities like basic toiletries and powerpoints and wifi in the room. The room for 4 was spacious.

What to say loved this place.. its climate, gentle fog, hot coffees, wine and dinning area, kids arcade , casino, indoor theme parks. Overwhelming for happy weekend spot.

If provide discount on parking for genting card member I will give 5 stars. Eg. Classic 20%, silver 50%, or 6hours free(for us to attend concert).

Biggest hotel in the world if I am not mistaken. I can suits here only the bathroom is too small, and the size of each room is different. It should equal size for each same type of room

The price can go a bit higher than the overall quality of room. The location is nice though.

1. Good quality sleep. 2.) Clean and tidy. 3.) Fresh and cooling. 4.) Quiet. 5.) Convenient.

Need a couple of nights at least to get the benefit of the place. The rooms are budget, but OK. Good breakfast. Impressive location.

Budget hotel to stay...but bit boring in Genting Highlands... Can stay for a night or two to enjoy the cold climate, away from the bustling KL traffic & weather

Nice hotel actually, but the room is a little tiny (Tower 3). The lobby hotel is too far way from the Tower 3 lift. It's so crowded, especially on the lift, always in the full house situation.

Beside First World Hotel, Awana Prima Outlet is a good place to visit, and many more.

Spent 2 nights in Resort hotel and also continue another 2 nights in First World Hotel.
Well, in FWH, my wife n I stayed at superior deluxe room no. 26937.
Both nights we were unable to have a sound sleep as we experience intermittent knocking sound which sound like construction being carried out even during night time
Would be much oblige if Gentings could consider minimizing construction with heavy knocking in the night.

We were in double room ans Room is very small. Bathroom is also very small. Compact. Breakfast is good. No drinking water is serving to the room. No kattle, no tea in the room.

Poor quality sheets, bad order in room, room too small for couple, no ventilation. Bit scary as no staff or people moving, so I vacated in 3 hours.

For its low price, this hotel is really outstanding! Was expecting a rundown place because i paid so low 35 SGD for a room. But turn out to be a wonderful experience! Lobby was a little crowded in the afternoon though.

The hotel is very huge (7k plus rooms) but simple. Tower 1 and 2 are quite old, Tower 3 is the newer building and there are basic stuff like, cups, fridge, towels, hair dryer and wifi in the room (unlike Tower 1 and 2) but it is the furthest from the main area. Our room is at tower 3 as we top up alittle and request for a change from standard to deluxe room (subject to availability - only able to check over at the counter at 9am) after we checked in at the kiosk when we reached at 6am. If checking in from counter will have a surcharge. Overall stay was ok. Recommended for those who target for affordable, short stay and/or for casino.

This is the view of a deluxe room (two single beds) at Tower 2. The room facilities are very basic and suitable for 1-2 nights stay for a small family.

If you book/paid via Agoda or Booking or equivalent, you should ask for the assistance from the officer in charge in order to confirm your booking via a machine (for online bookings) that can only be accessed by the hotel officers. You then need to proceed to another machine and select the facilities* you require for your room in order to get the key card, swipe your Genting Rewards Card (if you have any) to get GP points. The machine will also asked your IC or your passport for verifications. (for tourist or foreign nationality, there is some extra charges you need to pay)

Upon availability of rooms, you can also book/check and pay cash/debit/credit card using the same machine - but you do not need to look for hotel officers as stated above as they are available only for those who book online and paid.

Remember, if you choose extra facilities, you will be charged.

Checking out is very easy, you only need to insert the card into the slot of the self-checkout but the checkout time latest by 10.50 am (the checkout time is 11 am) - if you need extra hours or your card is rejected (after 11 am), you need to see the officer in charge to extend your checkout time to 12.00)

All in all, the hotel is nice. Buying food can be quite expensive. (see my comments on Awana Skyway Genting)

The automated check-in is cool to handle large crowds, if it works. I had a bad experience with the check-in, the room card did not work, went down, lined up to get it changed, and again, until I was given a new room. In all, took over an hour to handle the exception. Non-smoking floor smells like the smoking floor and vice versa. Bed sheets and toilets are clean. Carpets could use some vacuuming, found debris such as crumbs and hair.

Affordable hotel and sometime you might get free rooms if u are a genting member. If u r lucky, u might be able to get a stunning window view.

The beddings are infested with mites. Fierce mites!!! Sleepless night! Please look seriously into this problem as we love holidaying in Genting. Rqsm

Although this hotel has a lot of room ( over 7000 rooms) it is suitable for a couple accommodation , if 3 or 4 people may be space constraint. Those just want to gamble in the casino then the accommodation is ok

Stayed in the deluxe room. Room is rather small. Good thing is bathroom, toilet and wash basin are all separated. The small table between the beds is stained so looks quite dirty as can be seen from the photo. There are kiosks for self check-in and check-out

For the price we paid here we were expecting this better but it turned out to be the worst experience of the trip. Hotel is at its prime location but it's not at all maintained. A decent hotel would provide a better room and services if you pay 70 to 80 dollars for it but at First World Hotel the rooms are like hostel rooms. They don't provide room service, there was no water bottle in the room and bathroom was stinky. If you are planning Genting Highlands then I would recommend you to book a better hotel or visit Genting Highlands and go back.

long time no travel to genting, totally new environment after renovation. Very impressive genting became like this modernized design match for now day, and get the world record the largest hotel in the world more than seven thousand room.
