It has wonderful mall the theme park r close for upgrading.

World's largest hotel, world's worst front desk receptionist.

Noisy and dirty. Just for bed value

Staffs are helpful and friendly. The staff at the information counter was patient in explaining when we purchased bus tickets. The location is great as it not only connects to various shopping outlets and restaurants but also functions as a hub that connects to both Genting Highlands Premium Outlet and Resort Hotel. My only complain is the air circulation in the room we received was bad.

The hotel is easy accessible to the casino, restaurant, shop and indoor theme park.

The new Y5 block is excellent. Good wifi and nice bed for a short getaway.

They is a reason it is the biggest hotel...
1. Most rooms are super small
2. Window cannot see any views at all.
3. Lifts very dumb. Can take 15min to wait.
4. Super crowded.
5. Almost everything self-service.

I wonder why would I ever stay again. It's not really relaxing to the mind. It's quite stressful actually. Really design for people who just come here to gamble and looking for the cheapest place to stay.

Doesn't deserve more than I star. Service is poor and staff not well trained to serve guests.

Good Staying for chilling and relax. Recommendation for stay. Near with theme park and everything. Nice Weather and cold. Standard twin room is the cheapest one and you basically can experience the quality. Best stay at genting highland with budgeted cost

Queue 1hr to checkin the hotel. Other places hotel only take no more than 3mins. Hotel also doesnt provide free wifi or toiletries.

Room was spacious and clean. Comfortably accommodating all 3 of us. Check in fast and hassle free

The room is too dark. No natural light through the room. Plz improve your lighting. And one most important is I can't have clean water as the water dispenser is spoil at first World Hotel towel 1, 12 floor. Its screw me up and I need to walk to lobby to buy mineral water. Waste of my time and money.

Convenient and cheap hotel, but check in via counter always take a long time.

Cheapest place at the top I guess. Has minimal amenities but has hot and cold water dispenser. While the rooms are basic and spartan, services are good.

Doors to the room are kinda thin. Making outside noise late at night very audible and considering that there are always people walking about it gets noisy.

Tip: use email for any communication, phone lines are very busy.

Very basic stay, no aircon for my room, no wifi. Idk about rooms though, but Genting is cold enough anyway, so the fan is sufficient. Plus we got the rooms at $20sgd for 2 nights, use ur genting points for redeeming rooms. Now u can e-check in at their kiosk so u don't have to wait for hours like it used to for the counter to serve u. its really changed alot

Last minutes booking christmas eve in online and call up reservation they all fully booked, no choise to walk in but very expensive RM385, i would like to stay 2nights instead of 1 night

Room are acceptable small, but the bathroom are ridiculous tiny, I hardly twist my body in the bathroom. N I wouldn't like to mention abt toilet, that worst. The room rate are too much different between weekday n weekend. The new casino are all smoking area? I can't find 1 single clean area of free smokes.

Went there for 1 night to celebrate my in laws 50th anniversary. Overprice, small room, no toothbrush, no free Wi-Fi.

The food at the restuarant located at lobby really needs to improve.

The location are good, sourrounding with popular landmarks but the room price not worth for a very small room without air-conditioning inside, just have a ceiling fan. The worse thing is if you come with your own vehicle, they still charged you for parking fee, RM17 per day.

Only Hotel to stay in Getting Highlands. A very vast big Hotel

Rooms that I get was quite small in size but this is depends on which tower you are getting. But overall the room is clean and neat.

Everything deal with machine, check in, check out and even Q&A. Less human touch.

This time is not as good as before coz I was only given 2nights stay at superior deluxe instead of 3nights..its so troublesome and waste of time to change room from deluxe to superior room.
I hope my next trip will be better than this.

New room, new furniture. Wash room space is too tiny.

Stay for 2 nights and find the room quite well furnish, even provide kettle for boiling hot water. Good for recharge energy and fun for family

No awnings at windows, rain comes thru if windows are left open. Very messy

The rooms with view were amazing, services were great and I enjoyed my stay there.

Overall is great. The fan switch not able to slow down the fan. The slow mode is still too fast. If the check in kiosk can open 24 hours would be great.

There is a lot of food choices and fun activities to enjoy.

Left with only double beds. But overall still a good stay!
