We stayed for 3 nights at Tower 2. Mobile signal in the room was very faint & could even be non-existent at times. The room had no view (I wish there'd been more information from travel agent at reservation) & no air conditioner (not a problem for us). Hot water & the shower room, however, were good. Check-in & check-out were convenient & fast, but the passport scanner at the self-help check-in kiosk could be improved (it kept telling me my passport could not be scanned). In comparison to the 3-star standard of other brands (Ibis, for example), this largest hotel in the world could be a 2.5-star.
