Very basic rooms,located near sky Avenue. Convenient. But don't expect 5star.

I enjoy many of the food at Sky Avenue set-up. I also enjoy the slot machines in the gold card hall.

Affordable and reasonable price. Rooms are not spacy. Suitable for couple. For family, I suggest you to take family room.

The light show is nice and the arcade has Pokemon tettra which is fun @5 token (RM11 - 10 token)

The safe was not working and tv remote cover missing. No signal for tv for all channels for one of the nights

Wanted to check in, I asked one of the staff there where do I check in as have special request. The staff told me to queue up. After queuing for 2 hours they told me that I ve been queuing up to the wrong counter. After I ve checked in and went up my room found that Both my cards can t open the room door at all. So I went up to a staff that is cleaning other rooms and told him. He ask me and my Husband to wait. We waited about 15-20 mins then two staffs came up with a new room key.

Everything thing here is "Go BIG " It's a tourist trap, nothing is cheap. Water is free if you bring your own bottle and fill from the dispenser on every floor. Love the natural aircon and clean air. They have many places with good food and things to buy not to mention the video arcades and amusement parks both indoor and outdoor plus the usual casino. Just bring money.........

Good place and the casino is great! Also you can find different restaurants. Some might be closed late at night

It boasts of Asia's largest hotel, it is indeed , with more than 7000 rooms. But the rooms are in pathetic state and stinks badly.
There are no windows. They charge you something around 7000 Rs for this shit..
and they will not give pictures of room while booking..

Very small room. Small tv. Got towel but no toiletries. Easy to check in & check. Very high altitute so might get jet lag and dizziness

The space is enormous and you can get lost easily... The sign boards are confusing.. even though Getting makes so much money from the casino but they just can't get it right with the space planning. I guess a Malaysian company cannot match up to the likes of MGM or Bellagio ...

Std room with mountain view. Room was cold & airy, making it a comfortable stay. Another plus, was that the room was clean. However, the tv was quite small, making watching a bit of a problem (but understandable as it's a std room). All in all, an enjoyable stay.

My third time here at First World, great stay, could use free wifi but otherwise very happy thanks.

It's a grand hotel, said to be the biggest in the whole world..! They have huge reception area with plenty of check in counters. On top of that, automatic (unmanned) check in counters, quite a number of them, have also been put up to beat the queue. They have also put up big LCD displays to show number of available rooms. Rooms are good, comparatively affordable taking into consideration the location and its tourism significance.

Easy check in through machine, and straight forward checkout, we enjoy our stay going to cable car, shopping at genting premium outlet and cold weather

Paid extra Rm5 for the mountain view room. Good weather and nice view. Good service from the room attendant. 1st night there was very windy and rain. Rain came in and wet one the bed. One call and response was fast and they help to replace the bed sheet and pillowcase.

However service from the security at the casino is not so professional and unable to speak English or choose not to speak English. I was upgraded to gold card but card unable to use for the slot machines and Genting atm. Nobody from the counters or service desk are able to advise me what happen. Queued at the rewards counter than the staff is able to advise me that it is happening to all new cards issued that day. How these information is not cascaded to all service counter staffs so that they can advise customers and not get all customers to queue at the rewards counter.

It's a great shopping place. Huge displays are a highlight. It changes the entire ambiance of the place.

Manual check in service very slow,online booking selected 1 large double bed,end up I queue for 1hours manual check In and get 1 room with double single bed.

Is happen on weekday,how if it happen on weekend?wait for 2-3hours?

Hotel with over 6,000 rooms built on mountain top with huge under one roof shopping and entertainments etc. Value for money gateway. Worth visiting for short holidays!

Pay the same amount for 2 club rooms (3 days each) but received 2 different types of club rooms. Both supposed to be family room with children but allotted with smoking floor. Received a late complementary club room for only 2 days (on site checking still have vacancy). The total amount spent on foods, transportation, hotels and casinos can get a much better deal in Shenzhen (plus Macau) includes SQ for 4-5 days stay in Shenzhen 4-5stars hotel. For hotel and food, Shenzhen still best (much cheaper than Genting).

Too crowded on Public Holidays. Dont recommend to come during public holidays.

Too crowded but close to all facilities and attractions in Genting Highlands

This hotel claims to be world's largest. Its management focused mainly on creating record, not on the quality of services.

Stayed at "delux" room for one night - whose size was too small to be expected in a good hotel. In addition to this - the bathroom was not clean (no cleaning provided even after reporting it to hotel), water kettle not working, TV too small with few channels, no wifi, no air conditioning,...

I am still trying to understand what was "delux" in that room and what will be the situation of "standard" rooms.

Will again visit Genting Highlands theme park but do not have courage to stay in its hotels.

Looking forward for the invitation on free room stay at Maxims.

The location is good and with newly renovated amenities. However, it s not recommended to bring your kids as it s very dusty and everywhere is cigarette smell. If you think you would want to come for fresh air, you are wrong.

The hotel is better than last time I remembered. While it is small, it is however sufficient for me to stay and get away from the hassle and bustle of city.

If booked through online, customers can directly check in via kiosk machine, same as check out.

Good stay but too many smokers here. Self-check in through a machine. Pay RM5 for selecting own room number. If you don't know which room number, you have to pay extra RM5 for each options such as non-smoking floor, joint rooms, etc. Best I know 4th floor is non-smoking room. You can go visit the floors first before doing the booking as there is no security (gated access or lift access) blocking you to access the floors.

I cant image nowadays got hotel which don't provide WIFI, even those small budget hotels have .
No kettle in the room ,can't boil hot water .
No toiletries ,no indoor shoes .
Disappointed.

The room is spacious, but the toilet and shower area is quite small.. This is rated the world largest hotel by Gunness world record with 7351 room.. They have a indoor theme park, The Food Factory serve a good variaty of food for breakfast and you can take the cable down from level 4 to the Genting Highland Premium outlet for shopping. Not forgetting the casino that is within walking distance..

I am suffering from the bed bugs that bit me here three nights ago. Double check your bedding as I woke up in the morning with a rash on both legs. Room is small, has no air conditioning but it is not needed. Smoke smell in this non smoking area in the hallways. No provided free internet here. Breakfast buffet was a disappointment with not much offerings compared to others. No made omelettes, pancakes, waffles and only watermelon and melon for fresh fruit. No pineapple of bananas. I would find a different place for any future visit.

Small room, at the most you can put 4 people. No air conditioner because the air is cold enough, the lightning is quite dim. But it has direct access to the mall and casino and there's cafe that open 24 hours at lobby

Standard room is cheap, but very basic. No clothes iron, no electric kettle, no toothbrush, no safe box, no fridge. The toiletries consist of just a shower cap. Towel is really thin. Carpet definitely needs to be changed. The bed and pillow kinda smells. Bathroom is really cramped. Check in process should be easy with the kiosks available, but since the kiosks are unable to process my request, i needed to check in at the counter, which takes forever. Staff is however friendly and helpful.

I was really excited and glad when I checked in the First World Hotel recently during RMCO. I was totally satisfied and felt safe when I checked in. The room was properly sanitized and even had a seal of certification for proper sanitization. That proved that no one else had entered that room after the last sanity as the seal was intact and only broke when I entered the room. I am very much satisfied with the hotel as there was a nice promo that gave me the deluxe room in just RM150 plus free meal and cocktail for 2 person!!! Normally the rates are pretty high around RM550 due to high demand and popularity amongst tourist. And most of the times, you won't even get any room.

Adventure place to hang out with friends and families

Omg... the rooms are ridiculously small... with the price of the room we paid... it was totally appalling!! Toilet and shower area size was meant for dwalfs

The room was clean and the service given was excellent!
