First World Hotel at Genting Resort World Reviews

It's a hotel that seems like there is no exit ,good if you plan not to come out ,as a hotel ,it does what it's meant to do

The facility is good but there are rooms for improving.
1) The toilet bowl need to be cleaned/ scrubbed properly.
2) Floors need to be mopped/clean.
3) There is one room I found the door couldn t close properly, need external force.

Reasonable price.Checking in system not customer friendly n quite troublesome.There priority counters only for disabled.Should have one for senior citizens above 70.Each room provides only a key.Need to use new registration for second key

Hotel room quite standard, space just fit 2 single beds for deluxe room. Crowded at check in area. No social distance & proper queueing line...

Great hotel. Still being renovated the last time I went here but this place change so much since the last time I went here. Everything more sophisticated now, but still good to bring family here for a vacation. The sky train has worked again. Good place.

Checkin/checkout is so easy using the kiosk at the lobby. Room is small and parking fees by the hour for hotel guest..

Small rooms with poor standard.. living in a shoebox.. sleeping with feet outside bed.

Just great for those who want to play in Genting Highlands Casino , the hotel is too old.

We enjoyed the cool weather but disappointed that we can no longer enter IR & Silver Club.

Avoid check in late night especialy weekend ,all the self check in kiosk doesn't work .With the huge crowd you might end up queue for an hour.

Stayed at 4th floor of Tower 2, facing the hill. Room is ok with basic amenities like overhead shower, shower foam and hair dryer in shower room, flat screen TV, mini fridge, safety locker and kettle with complimentary coffee and tea. However, the shower room is rather small. Easy check in and check out at the kiosk. You need an access card to enter the room

Rooms are okay.. Just the drinking water is not clean enough.. Got somekind of smell

I requested my stay at Tower 1 very early . But was so sad that my request was not given to me. And they have given me Tower 2 .

I dont have any problem with this hotel. The toilet is fine, im asian and for me the toilet is totally fine. My hotel room was at the third building/section and it is new. The only problem is the other visitors cause when we just arrive at the level there was a pack of cigarettes on the floor. It is dangerous cause that cigarettes can burn the hotel and the level I lived on is a non-smoking floor. I hope the hotel take action at this kind of behaviour. Oh ya, the workers are very friendly. Theres no aircond, theres just a ceilling fan but I totally agree with that cause it is soo cold at night. I just remember theres another problem, the bed's blanket, it make my body feel very itchy when i get in the blanket. I forced myself to sleep with no blanket on it was soooo freaking cold. The service is great. The place is great too. I hope the hotel will take action on the problem I stated.

Biggest hotel..lots of tourist..lots of China tourist..but nice walk around and hang out place

Very tired and weak plus warm. Could it be the environment? Foods are very expensive.

nice place to stay at genting highland, near to any entertainment place, have casino and theme park on walking distance,
have basic necessary room,
good powerful shower, comfort bed,

will always stay here if come back to genting highland

Standard room is ok though no kettle . It us quite and room is clean .

Linked hotel block s and shopping mall. Nice view from my and my family members hotel s room.

Room is small, dirty, bad sound proof and not worth even a Star despite it is rated a 3 star hotel.

Conversations from the guest next door can be heard clearly even their showering sound can be heard clearly as well. Can't imagine if a couple doing exercises over the night in the room and next door staying a family with kids and how the parent could answer their kids why there are continuous shouting sound from next door and shall we call police for help .

Floor is dusty, pillow were smelly, entrance light not functioning. Only One plastic cup was given. No fridge. No cup n spoon for making coffee or tea, though no tea or coffee are provided. Toilet seat was loosen, toilet paper used to be good quality, now worst than budget hotel quality! Genting hotel used to be a prestige tourist hotel, Of which I m so proud to talk about, but not anymore...
I ask myself, how much can a mug n a spoon cost? How much can a kettle cost? How much can a fridge cost? How much can toilet paper cost? To Genting of such a big tourist center? Quite often I heard people talk in the lift abt the hotel rooms' cleanliness became from bad to worst, especially pillow stink! Hotel provision from something to nothing, moderate become cheap! Room r dim, not enough lighting. Cost cutting from bad to worst! All this come from not only the tourist, but from me personally...With such disappointment!

Everything was good, just bit disappointed on the room view, I was check in in counter and the staff promised me will give me a view room, but I still get a non view room,

Very cheap and popular hotel with 7300+ rooms. It is, currently, the largest rooms hotel in the world.

Within the hotel resides the indoor theme park and numerous food outlets.

I, always, have the stressed feeling whenever I am there with lots of people everywhere.

The room can be very small with hardly any space around.

The stay was comfortable, but amenities were quite lacking. My friends and I took forever to find ice, alcohol, there was no hot water kettle in our room, no mini fridge. We couldnt even get ice through room service.

Comfortable budget hotel room in Genting yet nice location to acces to the attractions of Genting & many more.

Old and musty hotel but reasonably priced. Visited RWS Genting indoor theme park and Casino. Retail therapy, Malaysia local food and international brands all in 1 location. Smoking is allowed at most places which is kind of bad for kids and older folks.

Nothing much to do except for some shopping. Still under construction

Like the automated check-in & check-out concept, though sometimes may face network slow & error, overall win-win for guest & Genting.

No words to describe this wonder. Be it the theme park, food, cable car etc everything is excellent
