First World Hotel at Genting Resort World Reviews

The bed is dirty and I have to ask to change the bed sheet in the middle of the night

Too many renovation going on...parking fees also charge and any add on all charge ..wifi also need pay.

Tower 1 is so old and weathered and heavy smoking smell every where. Stay at Tower 3 high floor instead

The abolone dinner & Imaginitricks show was awesome.

Location is good. Room is clean and provide good and fast services.

Very bad... The cleanliness of the room is not up to standard. Furthermore, the equipment like hair dryer and toilet bowl cover is damaged. The room light is very dim which makes the room very dark

Because I prefer 4 to 5 star stay ,now stay at first world hotel , also the outdoor team park not ready yet.

Got mosquito in the room , about 10, all with blood inside, very bad , others are ok

Overall is excellent. Especially I want to give compliments to 2 Service persons at the check in counter.
The 1st one is when I checked in on 24/12, time:11:21:17 pm by checked in no. 88115910 (I didn t manage to obtain her name). The 2nd person is Mr Izamubpin, checked in no. 88114901. Their services were excellent. They are very polite, patient and they will try to adhere to our requests and needs. .

It has been a long time since I last visited here. Many changes but it's a good change!

So convenience on self check in n check out. Good value for money

Initially I had rooms to stay at Maxim but bcoz of my friends staying at First World I stayed at First World hotel.
I was given Superior Deluxe room ..18810. Room very spacious & clean.
View ok.
Thank you to management for the wonderful 2 nights stay.
Looking forward to another wonderful holiday in Genting in the near future

Really cool and foggy. Lots of places to dine and shop.

Even you book a month ago... The rooms is first come first serve only... If you request queen size beds they will give you twin single beds... Such stupid policies

But no tissue provided as compared to my previous stay

Hotel is good but finding the parking could be a nightmare on a public holiday/long weekend. I wasted 4 hours in traffic on a single dayout plan and didn't feel it was worth it. For cable car also, such a long queue. Avoid planning trip to Genting around weekends/public holiday as huge crowd n traffic may nullify the effect of Natural beauty n pleasantly cold weather....

I loved tower 3 the most because it has free WiFi in each and every room and its modern!

Busy place and now customer were charged for a parking park..it is Rm18 per day..

Stay in the non-smoking areas always smell somebody smoke and the bed always caused me itchy

Tower 3@First World Hotel is so simple yet nice decorated, and clean. In addition, you can access to free wifi anywhere (Lobby-no password required while each rooms has its own unique password)

Oh amazing 7351 rooms in a hill. It's worth for our money

Be a genting member and if you're lucky you will see RM39 per room.. Tnc applies ofcourse

The walking is quite far and not appropriate for senior citizen to walk up and down everyday. Room amenity is far limited.

Very bad. Smelly Smoking room. Not good for kid. Triple room very small. Better book deluxe room. Room look dirty.

Really a awesome place to go with family, kids friendly . Ball show is really good

The hotel is connected to shopping mall, don't worry about the food, there is plenty of restaurant. The check in can be done by using mobile app if u have the membership

Great place for Family, especially for children to stay at this World Largest Hotel.
Bought a day pass at RM60 for Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park, instead RM15 per ride.
Variety makan outlet at average min RM20-30 per set/pax.
Parking not cheap, RM3 per hour max RM18 per day.

It is getting old and too many smoking rooms and smoking floors, not good for non-smokers

Good weather and a great variety of food, good entertainment for children.

Cool place .. World largest hotel .. have opction to check-in based on required hours.

Very hot & and toilet floor lever higher than room lever , so they water can easily go out !!!

The rooms are ok well the toilet and the bath area were so small and we would hurt ourself at the during bathing. That area could have been improved.

It would have been nice if they had the bunker services so it's easy transition from one area to another.

There were no seats any where to sit for a while and.then move on especially if there are aged parents with you.

Otherwise the whole place is just awesome

Purely for gambling and good location to all facility.. room is bare...

Extremely disorganized. Took us more than an hour to check in although pre booked. Room stinked and everything smell of cigarette. No air conditioning in room. Facilities more like a 2 stars hostel. Fire alarm sounded while we were there. Walked down from the 10the floor and then found that ground floor emergency exit was locked.

What can I say about the biggest resort of Malaysia? It's huuuuuuge, a good place to have a good time with family and friends. I wouldn't take a plane to come here but, if it was on my way, I would spend a bunch of hours in this place.

First time staying at a Deluxe Superior room and room was definitely more spacious than the standard or deluxe room. However, check-in process wasn't ideal as we had to queue up for check-in at the counter while all self check-in kiosk are down. Given the long bus journey and being early morning, it's better to leave some self check-in koisk operational for easy and fast check-in for customers who had made reservations.
