Small and cozy. Will be great if it has free wifi.as mobile connection is bad inside room..very lousy connection for digi,celcom,unifi and redone.

Beautiful view to the max outside the window. Location very convenient.

Contemporary rooms with basic amenities. Very close to the theme park (which is closed for rebuilding works at the time of writing). Hotel lobby feels a bit dated and old.

The largest hotel in world, also providing very friendly services, and availability of cheap cost via booking online. Also provided the auto self check out kiosk, where customers just put in the room card acessor without going to customer care counter again..

Reception very poor service,unfriendly attitude and manners. just staying in the hotel . Why this to rMYR 17 each was MYR 10

Very old buildings hotel with alot of ppls.... But we come just because of Starbucks...

The rooms were very congusted.i booked this hotel for 2days but left in 1 day only. The rooms were really suffocating and they've self check in system which is also irritating and time consuming.

There is no lock for the toilet and there is no wifi in the rooms. Wifi has to be paid for.

The room was given free thks but ters so many other charges to pay to check in.

Because I like to stay at superior deluxe but I was not satisfy with the stardard room.

As gold member during birthday month no special gift

Altough the room us quite small, it is quite convenient. You can get hot water from the water machines at the corridor which is very near to the rooms.I find it cosy.

Everything fine but has bad experience during check in at around 12am midnight. All kiosk machine down for maintanance and only few counter open for check in. It took too long for check in. Need more counter for check in when all kiosk machine down for maintanance..

Good range of dining. Great shopping .Great if World Club rm is available .

The only hotel we always book when visiting genting highland. Cool weather big hotel with thousands of rooms. Many activities surrounding. Nice place

Things r great but still need room of improvement esp the road signs/ road directions.

I stayed in tower 2 13th floor
Overall quite okay,no Wi-Fi. Paid Rm15 Wi-Fi if you want but only accessible in the lobby area but who cares now mobile data also can't finish ,travellers may care for the WiFi provision. Understandable the world largest hotel is kinda hard for the hotel to cater WiFi for every room.
Overall experience was good.

Best thing about this hotel is they have auto check.in using machines and auto check out.

Staff is very kind to help exchange the room for us as the first room is my wife don't feel comfortable

The room service is a bit slow, and the room is a bit small. But everythin else is pretty good.

Wonderful short vacation and the only legal casino in Malaysia. Particularly love it when they give free accommodation

Clean good and quality facilities for Maxim Hotel. Good food n affordable price for buffet breakfast at Coffee Terrace Restaurant. Very nice n cooling weather provide excellent place for relaxation and entertainment for all levels of people, seniors or youngsters.

World largest hotel and still expanding . Believe or not the world largest hotel will fully booked from time to time . They have 3 towers combined , so technically the counter is placed at tower 1 (check in process) . If you find that queue is too long to check in , you can check in with machine anytime just placed infront of the counter . Foreigner can also do this themselves but need passport to check in .

Check in before 3pm will be charged rm5 per case . If using machine to check in , you can also choose view , connecting room , non smoking floor or even double or twin bed . But that all need to be charged rm5 per function chosed .

First world hotel been renovating their room to give you more pleasure and great experience.

Clean and good for short stay. only problem is that on a NON SMOKING floor ... CIGARETTE SMELL STILL STRONG. YOUR CIGARETTE SIGNS MIST BE IN multil language

always stay in this hotel when visiting Genting Highland. still the best cheap hotel there. this hotel never die of tourist. always crowded so are the check-in, always take so long queue and time. self check-in is not helping at all.

Tower 1 level 10, lot of people full house everywhere is full of people.

Its a budget hotel with small rooms and basic facilities, i got tricked when i booked from trivago with price paid vs the room i got thru the check in kiosk was a huge let down , overall the place has all indoor entertainment and shopping malls , not recommended if one loves nature and hiking - for me if was too claustrophobic as everything is in a closed environment,food is costly , mainly for people who want to have a good time in casino , else Genting is one day sightseeing tick on the box .

Bad serviced for thier customer service counter.
Hotel room locked cant open, go down reception waited around 30min and treated by a bad attitude receptioner.
And dint give any reason direclty ask us go up to our room and wait their staft to get the assist. No manner at all.

Larges hotel, more tunnel to connect hotel to hotel so can check map if you want don't lost way. Before you go lobby,go to taxi stand near starbuck to see Mini Hotel Map in Genting, have free bus to chines swan temple, if can find a tour guide + taxi cheapes near Bus Center in First World Hotel, he will carry you to more attrack and take more picture than you can walking around.

I have tried the cheapest option available for Genting first World hotel. The room cost about RM80 per night excluding tourist tax. They need to solve the ventilation vent noise at the theme park facing side of the hotel. They need to rethink the room sizing, basic amenities like bottled water, and general cleanliness of the room environment. I do know I asking quite a lot for 80 bucks. But they r positioning to be the premium family destination for ppl in Asia. U just dun want to milk them once and they totally will not come back to relive the magic.

We have to pay every small extra, wifi, tourist tax, teeth brush, even no bottle of water in the room AND NEED TO PAY EXTRA to register to the reception... FIRST TIME I CAN SEE THAT . No room service and for 150sgd... Will never come back there

Not many visitors as the management has started on strict, frugal and stingy strategy of cutting corners here and there thereby making the hotel not so inviting and attractive as before

Clean, when i request some thing from cleaner & i get fast respone from cleaner.

Cheap and efficient ... rooms are small but good value for the price paid..

Stayed in Y5 Twin room. Room shower was not cleaned properly, used shampoo bottles and used soap from the previous guests were still around. Toilet and room was cleaned though. Housekeeping took more than 1.5hrs to come.

As you all know it's the best place to feel the winter climate ( no snow) in Malaysia Semenanjung . Best place for tourist, family vacation, Honeymoon and more to go.... Food all quiet expensive, best place to bring your child to play
