Not even a single chair and coffee table in deluxe room at tower 2 room 19816. Stay for four nights and have to sit on the bed to have simple tea break . On second night , encountered unexpected room service to ask if we needed for the TV programme ?? Nonetheless, the housekeeping staff is friendly and greet us when we walked pass. Room facilities indeed need much more improvement. Will not consider to stay again if do have a choice. Prefer to stay in Resort hotel instead. Thank you.

The largest hotel in the world they say and there u don't get mineral water even on request...the water they have kept on every floor to drink was stinky in taste...rooms are very tiny...although cost and reception are commendable.....fully crowded always...will be relieved once we come back from there...
This hotel don't supply toiletries to their guests...Get your own toiletries when you planning to stay with them. Also don't expect much view from the standard room.
World's largest hotel have around 9000 rooms for every budget. Very colourful hotel from outside nice rooms inside. Parking in the basement has enough space for buses. Everyone can take direct buses for Singapore and other cities of Malaysia. Beautiful wheather because it ia situated on high altitude. Universal studio, children parks, casino snow park amd a restaurant is available in this hotel.
I accidentally locked my room,I asked the room cleaner to open for me but he refused.I was barefooted to go down to lobby to collect a new key. I was so embarrassed every body look at me strangely.you all should allow the cleaner to open for me if I can prove to them my key is inside after they opened the door.
the hotel's room is so many and has many facility,but the room is so small,but cozy enough.some facilities are broken(the water heater,etc),but the plaza is so wonderful with so many tourist attraction(casino,theme park,etc)here you can buy some souvenirs too,and uniquely the local people here can speak in a few languages
wow hotel and worlds largest hotel with around 7700 room. A must visit place to this resort. It will feel like a small hill top town where you can get A- Z under one roof.But i suggest one day is enough to visit and experiwnce this place. A chinese temple loacted just below the genting resort. Cable car facilities available round the clock.
If I knew the condition of the rooms in this hotel, I would ve paid more for better hotels in genting highlands. I checked into a room where the toilet seats is covered in urine and toilet unwashed. Stained carpets as well. There is also no shampoo, tooth brush or toothpaste available in the standard rooms. For anyone who is looking to book this hotel, remember to bring your own toiletries and ask for the option of a non smoking floor or you will be put in a room that smells like cigarettes. I will not be coming back to this hotel in the future. There is also surcharge if you can t use the kiosk to check in.
Lack of facilities for the amount we pay. Too costly hotels and very less facilities. 1. No WiFi in the room 2. No cloths hanger in the washroom. 3. Too small rooms. 4. Need to pay extra for using gym.
Some of the good things about the hotel: 1. Everything is automated including collecting room key and also checking out from room. 2. Room service is good. 3. You can avail room facilities for few hours incase you are not planning to stay for a long time but ofcourse they are costly. It starts from 50 MYR for 6 hours.
Alot of things for you to do here. There's an indoor theme park that has kiddy rides. Word of advice, if you can, please go during off peak season. There's just too many people otherwise!
Terrible room cant sleep well tired whole day due to noisy sound whole day and night. I stay at y5 deluxe level 12 and the sound came from below like heater compressor or aircond compressor or similar.
The hotel's room is small but clean, affordable, and comfortable. First world hotel is adjacent to First world plaza. The plaza has amazing digital decoration. The top floor of this plaza is the Awana Skyway station, a cable car station that connect to Premium Genting Factory Outlet. unfortunely, the theme park and ripley's believe or not museum are under renovation. In my opinion, if you just stay for short holiday in Genting, first world hotel is a good choice.

1) About the bed room. The pillow quite often has sting smell. (during my past few stays) Good point: Action on the complaint reasonably fast.
2) Check in problem. When 2 guests book each for one night (total of 2 nights) and want to stay in the same room for the two nights. We dont know how to check in at the kiosk with this condition. We had this annoyed problem. (a) We had the attendant to help us at kiosk to check in but failed. (b) We then went to the counter which has a long queque but the standing attendant told us that we need to get a written slit from that kiosk attendant who did for us that we had a problem at kiosk to check in and then only can be done at the counter. otherwiseRM15 will be charged. (c) When we went back to the kiosk, that particular attendant was not there (d) Another attendant helped us to meet the above requirement. (e) but on the second day, after our tired shopping at the outlet when we went back to room, they keys could not be used and we have to queque at the reception counter to get the new keys. Highlight: The process flow to check in whether by kiosk or counter is not clearly defined. and create a lot inconvenience for customers. The check in process is definitely not effective.
(3) Wubai concert tickets on 5 Oct 19: We booked online, the terms and conditions sent to us did not mention the ticket collection point. On 5 Oct 19 We went to two membership counters who confirm that to collect the tickets at GIS. When we went to GIS we were told to get from the Arena of Star from 12 pm to show time. (they also remarks that before 5 Oct 19, ticket collection point is at GIS). Problem: Poor communication to customers lead the customer walking here and there. Note: My other friends also complained to me when they went for Yu Ya Taiwances concert.
I was doing check in at the self check-in kiosk, i didn't get the type of bed i wanted (queen size) when machine asked for my preference on the type of bed (twin bed or queen size).
Though i got the so called high floor (15th compared to 3rd is considered high i supposed), i got to pay a 5 ringgits extra for such service. I'm fine with it actually and in fact, i don't mind paying another 5 ringgits to get the queen size bed.
A bit disappointed but overall it is pleasant experience...
