First World Hotel at Genting Resort World Reviews

General the room is not properly clean, especialy under the bed alot of dust below. When i stay facing the east side it fine but in the ctr facing the room of other it rather noisey.

Book From Travelsuvidha.co.ni Beautiful hotel, as the name itself says world's largest hotel.. A place definitely not to miss.. if you are going to Genting highlands, you must stay at first world hotel.

Room inside have many USB power on walls so it was very convenient and so useful. Don t think there is any other hotels provide so many usb power.

No clear directions in the parking area! And the parking ticket can only be paid at the lobby area, no payment machines available in the parking lot!

Supply hair shampoo n conditioner but no body bath just soap only on arrival. Subsequently no supply of sanitary bags during my Friday to Sunday stays. Dressing table blown out on the first day n need servicing

If you dont like dust, visit genting in this year should be avoided. As there are going through massive renovation and A&A work. No outdoor theme park.

This time around, I came with the family.of eight.Grand children included. I am quite regular and is always amazed at the fast pace of development. The entertainment, food and shops never fails to attract me .Price of those area should be kept at an affordable level to atract more locals.

As my husband is wheelchair we are given a great space room. Excellent.

Tower 1 & 2 room very bad condition. Deem. Dirty.

Tower 3 room better. The room I got curtain got hole.

Front desk service bad. No service oriented at all. Everytime same. No improvement.

Mid-level price you can find at Genting Highland, but suggest to booking early especially during school holiday. By the way, the room is nice, fresh air.

The view is very beautiful from the hotel and the air is cold so no need to use air condetioner

A very basic hotel with basic facilities in the room. We stayed in a superior room as we went to enjoy the weather and indoor park.

Breakfast at the hotel was of poor standard and disappointed. Overall, it's okay if you not expecting luxury and just need a place to sleep for the night.

Pillows provided are too hard and high - painful neck . Other then that all good .

a very busy hotel. room is small, however a large internal theme park is Ok... if thats what makes you happy.

Comfortable room. Missing towels took 30 minutes to be delivered. Shower gel dispenser was empty.

Could be further upgraded by providing minorcamenities like 2 bottles of drinking water ( guests upon entering the room wd hv to wait while waiting for the boiled water to cool down) 2 pieces of note n a pencil to record frenz room no, plastic cups to soak dentures.
Otherwise, the room is comfortable, clean n housekeeping is efficient. Tq.

Small size room @ Tower 3.. very basic amenities only.. Self check-in and check-out is very convenient and saves time @ long queues

May i know who is eligible for use this fitness centre facilities.They put outside anyone walk in Rm 30 for use the gym facilities but they said this gym for only local staff and who stay in hotel for foreign staff not allowed too silly and resist kind of mentality too dissapointed.My question is why foreign staff not allowed to use this gym facilities i am not using it free i pay Rm 30 for this so where is the problem

Just ok, standard room nothing much to offer. Toilet is too small, shower room is ok.

If you can get a room in this hotel then you are lucky. This hotel is the center of all activities in Genting but all children's play grounds were closed during my visit for upgrade and maintenance.

Great budget hotel that you can stay overnight in the top of Genting Highland

Who need fan when you can feel the mountain's wind? Btw, the tap water area is dirty

Deluxe room has no chair to sit, so can only sit on the bed. Other than that, it's a basic room with no amenities. Bring your own toiletries, luckily towel is provided....

Always love this hotel and its atmosphere. The connected system really made it a cozy and unique experience

Suggest to book tower 3 as its a new building and the rooms are well refurbished. Would consider it as great budget rooms compared to the price.

Great Hotel with a very calm feel to it. You won't know if you are in a hotel or in a huge resort.

I like the cool highland climate and the extensive development for shopping, food and entertainment.

Because the surrounding atmosphere its so nice and just make you wants to visit Genting again.

If you have time, you can smell the pillow for drool.

I have astonished by seeing the number of rooms it have. It is around 7300 and I feel surprised by seeing the huge reception...

Early check in have to paid RM5.00 I still can accept but when the day I should check out, 11.30am the room service already knock the door and open the door without my permission. It was UNACCEPTABLE for me! How can they asking us check out early ? Will they paid me RM5.00 for early check out ?? Service level need still need to improve.

Worse hotel ever, firstly no valet parking, LONG waiting time to check in waited for about an hour due to change of shift, stupid people trying to cut the queue, everywhere smells like smoke. Rooms are so small,
toilet and shower area is ridiculous, only one shower cap provided no toothbrush no kettle no water bottle, dirty carpets, stained towels and dusty bed frame. Bed and pillow is super uncomfortable, bed so springy n fragile looking. Smallest tv provided as well, wouldnt come back again Would rather pay more for better hotels in genting

But recently heard heavy down pour there it's up....

We were stayed here because of the name of this hotel, but VERY DISAPPOINTED about the cleanliness, this is BUDGET HOTEL not for everyone, room are dirty, bugs everywhere.

They can declare be a world record with 7K rooms, but in fact at the same time they were created the most disappointing for everyone!.

I would suggest, DO NOT STAY here and spend your money who can value yourself

This trip i book for 4D3N in First World Hotel. 2 days in Superior room and 3rd days to Deluxe Room This is the first time i forgot to take my belonging during check out on the 2nd days. But lucky is 3rd days i still at there so i call to lobby n call them to check for me. Mostly is after we check out they will do the room service, the room keeper will keep our belonging whatever we forgot to take. I feel happy for their honestly. I will come back again. Thanks !

Three star hotel which you can get all facilities as other 3 star hotels around the world. While you are enjoying the vibes of Genting Highlands youll need a place to rest. I can make sure that this hotel will suits you from the budget if you only want to sleep here for a night. Yes, there are a sort of room types which you can choose from family room to single bed room.

Unplanned trip to premium outlet ended with indoor theme park. Man, the kfc and mcd far far far away

Lousy...long check in...time. For the price I'm paying really expensive and not worth it.

I'm giving it 5 stars coz my dad got a free room and he brought me along Lol.

The room was small but its very clean. They also provide some basic toiletries which is really a bonus. The room has a window but no view, which is fine coz I only go back to the hotel to sleep and shower.

There's no air-conditioning but there's a fan. Not that its an issue since its very cooling throughout the day and night.

The hotel is very high density, but fortunately you don't have to wait very long for the lifts. That's a huge plus point.
