She stayed with the process the entire time and at no time did we feel passed off or alone through the process. I was guaranteed a rate per phone called with a loan officer. Upon receiving the last document, my rate increased 2 times. When the closing date came, I had to sit in the title office for over 4 hours waiting for them to send the paperwork. The title agent and myself couldn t get any answers for the hold up. We only got excuses. This is completely unacceptable. I was rushed with getting documents for them signed but when the time to close on my house, their portion of the paperwork wasn t ready. I will be refinancing with another company immediately

Jake Longhta quickly and simply provided information and options to suit what we needed. Refinancing involves a lot of virtual paperwork but Jake made it easy - all steps carried out quickly and questions answered clearly.

All the way up to the closing/signing, there was very little communication regarding what was coming and when. From the beginning, the rate lock and its importance was never discussed, which may have resulted in agreeing to a higher rate than optimal. Documents had to be initialed in a rushed fashion, and even the signing seemed to be made at the last minute. All in all, it seemed that this deal was not necessarily made in the best interest of the homeowner.

Dena Duhon is one of the best! I have worked with her for the past 8 years on multiple properties and referred her to many family, friends and co-workers who have all had positive things to say about Dena and her knowledge of this business. I could always call Dena for all the up to date mortgage requirements (they constantly change!) and she would have an answer for me. I can't say enough about her knowledge of this business but also her friendly positive attitude. Thanks Dena for all the hard work and answers you have provided me over the years. If I could give you 6 stars I would.

My husband and I were looking into how to better manage our increase in Escrow and I saw a on facebook that Jim had recently closed on a house with a facebook friend. This again gave our family a piece of mind that we could continue to make our payments comfortably. This wasn t my first rodeo in buying or refi of a home. In my conversation with Basil I asked many questions and made me feel at ease. All of my other transactions were let s just say a nightmare as closing dates were changed needed more paper work which we had ready to go if they had asked for it. I was looking to do a refinance with cash out on my mortgage. I Did quite a bit of mortgage shopping before going with First Mortgage. Danny Park was a big a reason I choose First Mortgage. I spoke with many other high pressure loan officers who tried to get me locked into a deal before I could even get off the phone. Danny was the complete opposite. He was friendly, I didn t feel pressured, and he offered me by far the best rate. He had process moving very fast, we would been able to close in under 30 days if we had not run into problems on my side with an ongoing roofing job. Even with this, Danny and his associate Amanda were very patient while I got things finished on my end. We were able to close shortly after the work on my home was completed. The rate we had originally locked in had expired by this time but Danny was actually able to get me an even lower rate, which is almost unheard of. I would highly recommend Danny Park and First Mortgage to anyone and everyone.

WHAT A NIGHTMARE. This was the worst experience I can imagine. From the start Danny Park and his team were rude, not only to me but also to my real-estate agent and other parties involved with my home purchase. Danny started off by insulting me- claiming my credit score was much lower than it is. I have credit monitoring with 2 of the 3 federal credit agencies which proved otherwise. They forced me, after several argumentative emails, to pay $150 for a power of attorney through their source and then when I received the draft it was incorrect. I could have gotten this down for free through the military. They were so ridiculously picky about sending documents that were not important to the processing of the loan they made the process MUCH more stressful than it needed to be. This review barely touches on my unpleasant experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The process took 3 months from application to funding. Unexpected fees and costs would show up on the Disclosure and I had to continually contact Paul to get them removed or corrected. It felt at times that someone was trying to slip extra fees to me hoping that I wouldn't notice. I think Paul was honest and he communicated well, but the lender experience overall was the worst I've ever experienced in 40 years of home ownership and mortgages.

Even amidst the COVID-19 pandemic we are able to get an incredible interest rate and close on a new loan on time. Don't ever deal with Kelly Sandler, Loan Coordinator at the First Mortgage Solutions LLC, Kansas City Missouri. I applied for VA loan with them, and after documents were signed and submitted and the loan process was in the works. Kelly had Trevor, his assistant assist me with the rest of the loan process. One day, Kelly called to answer some of my questions I asked Trevor, and was very sarcastic and unprofessional. Didn't help me with the process, my agent was on top of everything, she took upon herself to do inspection and contact the Escrow company. I didn't know or understood the process, there was no guidance or assistant from Kelly, and he told my agent that its not his job to babysit me. I didn't ask for a babysitter, but a professional loan officer to assist me in the process of purchasing a home. I sacrificed 20 years of my life to fight for our country, is it too much for a Veteran to get some help with the process of buying a home for her family? At least he can do it in the comfort of his air conditioned office, not out in the hot desert fighting the enemy and pray you return home, not in a coffin. God bless America.

At first our experience with Jim Spinner at First Mortgage Solutions was great. He helped us and answered our questions. But as time went on he was less helpful, it was like a bait and switch with him. We told him what loan we wanted to go with and he was supposed to send us a good faith estimate, but when we received the estimate is was totally different than what was discussed. We spoke to him about that and he was supposed to resend us another good faith estimate, which we never received. We tried calling several times and left several voice mails and he NEVER returned our calls. We also reached out through email which he also never responded to. I would NOT recommend Jim Spinner or anyone at First Mortgage Solutions!

When we first entertained the idea of being homeowners, we didn t know where to start. We would browse Zillow and had no idea what we can actually afford. Then we found Danny. He provided us a quote to give us an idea of what is realistically possible with a rate we are qualified for. We were very surprised with the low rate that we thought it was a mistake, but it was not. Danny was able to get us a really really good rate. He helped us with any questions we had regarding all of the numbers and potential fees we will incur that most new buyers may not be aware of in the beginning. He showed us the breakdown for each cost and kept us updated if there was any changes with anything. Danny and his team made home buying not as stressful or dreadful or overwhelming as we thought it would be.
