I was looking to do a refinance with cash out on my mortgage. I Did quite a bit of mortgage shopping before going with First Mortgage. Danny Park was a big a reason I choose First Mortgage. I spoke with many other high pressure loan officers who tried to get me locked into a deal before I could even get off the phone. Danny was the complete opposite. He was friendly, I didn t feel pressured, and he offered me by far the best rate. He had process moving very fast, we would been able to close in under 30 days if we had not run into problems on my side with an ongoing roofing job. Even with this, Danny and his associate Amanda were very patient while I got things finished on my end. We were able to close shortly after the work on my home was completed. The rate we had originally locked in had expired by this time but Danny was actually able to get me an even lower rate, which is almost unheard of. I would highly recommend Danny Park and First Mortgage to anyone and everyone.
