Entire closing duration was from 10/4/19 ~ 11/22/19. The only merit to choose FMD was interest rate and bank fee. Loan officer ignored and never returned my phone call after I signed application on 10/4/19 even on closing date. He changed number on mortgage insurance cost last minute. I became a mortgage expert because loan officer failed to answer the question on time and I have to manually define all document The email communication was only way and I begged his team all the time to get updated information.
