First Mortgage found us the best rate among the several brokers/lenders we spoke with, which is the most important thing. There were no surprises in the end - rates and estimated prices were spot on! There were some minor glitches along the way, but we were kept advised of all the developments by our representative, Luciana Hooper. Luciana was amazing, very helpful and knowledgeable, and was always available when we needed her.
