This wasn t my first rodeo in buying or refi of a home. In my conversation with Basil I asked many questions and made me feel at ease. All of my other transactions were let s just say a nightmare as closing dates were changed needed more paper work which we had ready to go if they had asked for it. Basil and his team crossed the T and dotted the I yes this was a dream closing. Flawless from start to finish. As a veteran he made sure I received the best rate 2.25 and no surprises. This mr Basil Bino was simple amazing I felt he was a friend. O did I mention that the closing went off with out a hitch. Was told what day and time and the closer they chose was at our house on time , she had her ducks in a row and just like that we were DONE. Please my brothers and sisters of the armed forces if your thinking of a refi or buying call Basil you won t regret it. If your a civilian please give him a call he s a true professional. I don t salute civilians but I will salute Basil for a job well done.
