My husband and I were looking into how to better manage our increase in Escrow and I saw a on facebook that Jim had recently closed on a house with a facebook friend. We decided to give him a call and are so glad that we did. Not only was Jim able to explain to me why our escrow accounts were changing but he was able to provide us with something I never would have thought from a refinance...piece of mind. We learned the value of our house was exponentially more than we imagined. If we ever did want to sell our current house we know have a good estimate of its value. He was also able to save us so much money. He was able to lower our monthly payments by almost 200 dollars as well as our interest rate. This again gave our family a piece of mind that we could continue to make our payments comfortably. As my husband said "I wish I would have gone to Jim when I first bought the house, it was so easy and fast!" Jim thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts.
