Great experience working with First Mortgage Solutions and David. The refinance process was definitely different this time around with COVID and the extremely high demand due to low rates. We had originally looked to refinance with another company who proved unable to meet the challenges associated with COVID and we stumbled on First Mortgage Solutions when we looked for another option. Extremely glad we found them. COVID made refinancing different and little longer but David was there throughout. He constantly kept us informed and made sure our concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Great rates and great service.
