I was referred to First Class Mortgage from my local credit union. I've been banking with them for many years and I have found going through a small shop provides great service. That proves true with First Class Mortgage as well.

From the start, FCM was very easy to work with to get my financials squared away. After months of searching for the right home my wife and I finally found it...at 6:30pm...on a Friday. We knew we had to move quickly if we wanted a shot at an accepted offer. Nervously I called FCM that evening to get a preapproval letter written, thinking surely they had left for the week. They answered my call and within 20 minutes I was equipped with a preapproval letter for the house we ended up getting. You just can't get that work ethic and service with big banks.

Fast forward to today where we are hours away from closing on the property, everything has gone incredibly smooth. Their staff consistently kept me up to date on the progress of the loan and made sure I was always informed on what was required of me.

I'm the type that asks questions and likes knowing options as well as why certain things are happening and every time I called to inquire about something, someone was there to answer and give me an educated response.
