We were referred to Casey in January 2016, when we wrote up our first purchase agreement. Like many first-time buyers, we were surprised to find that the first house we put an offer on was not meant to be. We jumped from house to house, pursued buying land and building, and then finally found our forever home in April 2017. Over those 16 months, Casey stayed in touch, made us feel like a priority, and always was ready to help when our new ideas hit the table. When we came to the office to sign for our home, the file Casey had was nearly 6 inches thick. We had many ups and downs on our journey to find our house, but the experience with First Class was always part of the "ups". Kevin Criter worked as the loan officer for our mortgage and provided the same level of customer service as Casey. He was easy to reach out to and answered all our questions. The day before closing Kevin stayed at the office past 7 PM to receive our final escrow agreement and made sure we were able to close on time the next day.
