Firehouse

I love Firehouse and have been enjoying their subs for years but this is BY FAR the worst location. Your order is always incorrect and their customer service does not exist. Very very disappointed by this location.

It's Firehouse subs so you know it will be a good sandwich. Lunchtime is S L O W, so makes it tuff destination for a quick lunch.

Passing through on the way to Orlando. The staff was very friendly. Location is easy to get in and out with parking and a drive-thru. I ordered the medium steak and cheese combo. The sandwich was delicious. It had plenty of meat and cheese and was on fresh bread.

Excellent service and food. Easy location to find.

Very good atmosphere, clean, friendly staff, amazing food and drink selection.

Great Food, Love that you can order online and pickup in store. also like that the new place has a drive thru window.

Firehouse Subs este a good place to have a decent lunch, the one on Baymeadows in Jacksonville, Fl, is the best of all I've been to.

There was 7 people in the store, 4 of which already had food when i went in. I waited over 10 mins for a regular BLT, other customers that walked in after i made my order received their food before me for some reason. When i initially made my order i simple said i want to make sure the vegetables werent toasted, when i received my food i got some lettuce with tomato and bacon on top of it with no bread(a salad without the bowl). I had 8 people be able to tell me welcome to Firehouse, but it took 4 people to make a sandwhich with no bread? Moral of the story just go to another firehouse, these employees wont be receiving a 15 an hour job at this establishment any time soon due to their outstanding attempt to achieve the bare minimum.

Just got home from getting Firehouse on Baymeadows Rd ."Hook and Ladder" It was a soggy mess. One side is so mushy the bread had fell apart. Mayo was in a puddle in bottom of container. First time and last time at this location. Gave one star because young man at register was so nice.

Firehouse has the most amazing hot subs! Nowhere else even compares to their delicious steamed offerings. Definitely worth a visit, and check out the firehouse app to get points towards free food!

Great sandwich but the service was very slow. Waited 25 mins for a sandwich. Don't recommend going on your lunch break. Store wasnt crazy busy either.

Expect a long wait. If they have a big on line order they make the customers in line wait while they prep it. I was 3rd in line when I arrived and was there 35 minutes before I received my food.

4 stars because I m a regular and I love this firehouse. However, I just went there for the first time during the day and when I got home and opened my sub, it was poorly put together! Like someone laid my sub on its side and everything fell out of it! Very sloppy. I ve never had this issue before!

Sandwich was alright, but they let the line back up over 10 minutes before opening the other register.

I usually love firehouse but I had a sub from here 2 days ago and I got really sick. Not sure if they use romaine lettuce on my sub but it made me really sick. Did anyone else eat from this store and get sick??

Love this place. They were so fast. But more importantly, the customer service was outstanding. Great with kids. I ll definitely be back.

Great service and friendly staff. Would recommend this place over subway anyday. Sandwiches are made to order and you can customize them however you like.

I walked in to get my sandwich since I couldn t find my card when I was on the drive thru. The guy with the beard and glasses was running his mouth with customers who already ordered in front of me. he acted like he didn t see me standing there . I had to ask one of the cooks for help.

Unacceptable customer service and execution. I placed an online order for curbside pickup. There is no curbside. And apparently their online orders don t go through to the store. They had me pull to the window and made my order while I waited away from the line.. which is fine.. but two of my four sandwiches were incorrect, and I received nothing but attitude when I drove back up to get them corrected. No words, just a sandwich out the window and looks from the whole crew. I m not the one that messed up the sandwich and left off up-charged items. Mind boggling how an employee can get mad for a customer wanting what they paid for.

This location was perfect. Wanted to try the new jerk sub and I wasn't sure he told me to try with chicken and it was amazing. While I dined the customer service was outstanding. Didnt want for anything can't wait to come back

Everyone there is always pleasant and eager to serve. Food is well Firehouse and always good. The salads are amazing and the light ranch is tops. There are two employees that stand out every time and Randy I believe that is his name is exceptional. Every time we hit up the drive through or go inside Randy is happy, smiling and super courteous. Treatment like this at places like this are very rare. Randy rocks!

Called in my order hoping to wait lesser than normal. I get in, paid and waited. I noticed others getting their orders and all the workers were chatting around so I asked how much longer for my order since no one is cooking n making any sandwiches. They looked around and found my order on top of the work area and says "oh, here it is"! Maybe calling ahead is not a good idea, after all.

Changed a 5 rating for this location to a 1 since they sold me a cold barley heated meatball sub that tasted off I ended up throwing it away

Firehouse, what can I say..... I have a love hate relationship with you. I LOVE your subs, but HATE that I can t eat firehouse everyday. My girlfriend won t let me....

Food is great but staff is not at this location. I love firehouse. It s way better than subway but I don t think I would come back to this one. Went at 3:30 and it was pretty crowded only because they only had one person making food. Just didn t seem well run. Workers seemed unsure how to change freestyle machine syrup. Nothing was efficiently done. After I ordered took about 15 minutes to get my food. Right now there are 8 different groups of people sitting down waiting for food. No one in the restaurant has sandwiches yet and none of the workers seem to be hurrying.

Awesome food and the staff is always kind and remembers me.

Called 40 minutes before closing to place a to go order and asked if it was too late and if I'd upset anyone. Was answered with an extremely long ummm....replied no thank you and I'll never try again!

Ordered though Uber eats so we could pick up and lower our wait time. Went in the restaurant when it said the order would be ready in five minutes. We waited 25 minutes until deciding to ask for our food. After looking it up we were told it was the bag that had no receipt or name on it. Our names weren't called when the order was put up. I don't know how we were to know it was our order. I guess at this location it is customary to open every sandwich that is put up to see if it is yours. Thank you for the cold dinner.

Besides my wife sandwich got messed up they didn't give her anything that she asked for on her sandwich the rest of the lunch meal fine

I came to firehouse and they were amazing. I have a GF allergy and Katie when above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I would be recommending them and coming back.

Fire house on Rout1 and baymedow Water fountain is very dirty

I have given this place more then one chance and tonight was the icing on the cake. I ordered my sandwich and explainedd it very important that the sandwich was made right do to allergies. The order was not made right and the guy got an attitude when we returned to let him know. I will drive out of my way from now on

Not only did they mess up my order once but twice and then I called back and the manager was so nonchalant about the whole thing. The establishment supposedly prides itself on quality as well as customer service I did not receive either today. I will not be returning and I will be sure to let others know

Don't come here if you want a quick bite. Takes around 20-25 minutes after ordering to get your food. Order online and pick it up instead.

Drive thru took forever I literally waited for a meatball sub for 40 mins. 15 mins to order and then 25 to get my food. You d think it would be ready when I pulled up, but no I waited at the window for 15 mins

Who said you need to go to Katz in N.Y. City to eat a Good Pastrami Sandwich, You could eat one right here. Fire House Sub... They are delicious...

Very rude staff, food took forever even though we were the only people inside at the time..Food even seemed like there wasn't enough meat on it..will not be back to this locat

Tell me what's wrong with this picture?? For one I know I ordered two large sandwiches and that didnt happen. Secondly when you happily say "of course we can put sauteed onions on your sandwich" then absolutely do not do that. Why would you lie and say it's fine? Why aren't we all just more inclined to just make a sandwich at home? At least then the sanwhich would get make the way we intended.

My fab I Love the food the environment and employees are awesome

The staff here is excellent. The food could use just a little more TLC.

I usually like firehouse but this one was awful, the sandwich that was made for me, take out, was so soggy beyond description, won't come back to this one again.
