Nice little fountain, with cafes and galleries nearby.
Nice public art, one of many in the old city. At first I thought it was a religious statue, but then learned that it's a commemoration of the Food and Agriculture Organization, a UN agency that was founded in Quebec City in 1945. Always neat when you learn something new as you walk around and explore a place.
