Placed an order on 3rd July, money was taken strai...

Placed an order on 3rd July, money was taken straight away.
Waited 10 days and orders still shown as 'Pending Shipment'.
Sent an email to support asking what happened to my order, which was replied to 2 days later, was told it will be delivered on 3rd August - a month since they took the payment, I guessing, maybe in wasnt in stock? who knows, no apologies or explanation! Cancelled order on 12th July and still awaiting the refund... Filters not so fast.
