Filters Fast came to my house every 3 months since 2009 to change our filters. They would call me ahead of time to set up visit. I did not hear from them for several months so I called to see when I was on the schedule. I found out from the person who answered the phone that the company was bought out this past summer and they no longer did home filter changes. I asked why I never received notice and he said the owners were supposed to notify the customers but they did not. He said I could order filters and have them delivered to my house from them. No Thank you!!! Why would I want to continue business with a company that did not bother to tell me they would no longer be coming to my house. Boy am I disappointed.
