Describe my experience, Well lets see, my order took much longer then i expected to arrive not to mention, it was damaged and unusable. The box it came in looked like it had been wet, dropped and crushed on both ends and one of the two little ports with the O-ring at the end of the filter was bent. The plastic bag the filter came in inside the box was torn open by the bent port which indicates the product had obviously been dropped. needless to say, Not very happy.
