wy had ordered bq at the beginning of april which was delivered to the wrong address and was also picked up there again on the 28th of April OUR MONEY NOT YET SEEN THERE WHERE THEY PROMISE THIS SO NICE WITHIN 14 DAYS ALREADY ONE MONTH NOTHING ??? wy ordered a larger bq on May 2 (assuming that our money was quickly deposited in the account) YES WADDE THAT WOULD BE DELIVERED ON MAY 7THS Nothing Zero Zero Now Already 25th May Not a message or what YOU CANNOT ALSO 10TALL MAILS 5 CALLS BECAUSE LYN HAS BEEN CLOSED STILL NOT GET ANY ANSWER LEAVE AN EMAIL ON ALL OUR QUESTIONS WHO CAN HELP BUT I WANT TO RETURN MYN 467 EUROS INTO WHAT OR TO ANYONE ?? Placed an online order on November 19. The money was immediately taken from my account, but due to technical malfunction, I don't receive a confirmation email from my order. After about 5 telephones and 3 emails I still don't know anything. They are working on it ..... but for their part I have still not received an email, telephone or a simple text message when and how a solution will be found. A real shame that such a company treats their customers so amateurishly. Will be my last time I order there !!

Purchased parasol + parasol base. (2 separate deliveries). Sent the foot back with Bpost. (Ordered wrong)
After some time, money had still not been returned. Emailed to Lidl and they went to see what went wrong. After this several mails were sent with the request for the refund. It just doesn't get answered and my money still hasn't been received. (> 2 months)

At the reception a blonde lady who works there, when registering with her because I have to deliver goods and this after a very intense and busy job on the track we were driven to them so that they would receive their goods on time.
This lady thought it necessary to react sarcastically "finally" anyway ... It was against her to do her thing. When signing, I get a thank you "hope you get an accident on the way" now that my colleagues had already informed me that she is very rude and it all seems to be against her will to wish someone who delivers professionally an accident after I for my part deliver the goods at the indicated place is about me. If this is the first point of contact for Lidl, does this tell enough about the company or are they not aware that their suppliers are being welcomed in a warm manner ???

I am VERY dissatisfied with the response of Lidl's telephone employee on Monday 4/17/18.
I reported that there were NO more offers on 'Super Saturday' and that 7 other articles were also not available !! Response from that man: you should have called Saturday !! Now (Monday morning 9.30 am) I can't do anything anymore.

You order online, pay, receive confirmation BLACK AND WHITE: within 3 working days with you - this is also confirmed by telephone - after 3 working days: "ah yes, maybe end of next week or later, we do not know when we will deliver you"! 0.0 assistance, do not even want to investigate where my order is! They have their money, so the customer can climb the tree! With us they call this THEFT !!!

I have often wondered why you don't sell non-alcoholic beer, now we have to go to AH the Dutch chain there they sell bavaria 0.0 percent and it sells very well because if I don't order in advance it is sold out every time and we bring it of course also bringing other products is 25 km away.
Now we have been to Germany on a weekend and have a LIDL inside and yes there they have 2 types of non-alcoholic beer a white beer at 1.99 for a 6 pack of half a beer and then just at 1.59 for 6 pack of half a beer liter it would be now in a time of many people who because of medical reasons or if not drink my husband always drinks alcohol-free and I know someone from the management at ah who also says we have never expected such a turnover in Belgium of alcohol-free beer hope that we can soon also buy alcohol-free beer here in Belgium at good prices.

Lidl is very good! I had bought a product on Lidl shop but ultimately it did not suit me because defective. Lidl refunded it to me without any problem including the shipping costs and very quickly. lidl is serious!

I have recently bought several wines from Lidl and they are usually good (for their price). Unfortunately not always: I bought a Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Nuits 2015 @ 9.90 euros and the wine is completely undrinkable !.
