Companies these days lack the simple concept of "going above and beyond" for their customers.

Fieldpiece isn't one of those company.

I walked in to get my manifold checked out as it always displayed OL (open line) on the subcooling, the culprit was due to bad probes. In addition they also fixed my battery door on my meter. And I walked out with more goodies than I intended to leave with and I had no qualms paying for them but they insisted. I was just happy to have them quickly test and fix the issues.
