Jazeera Airways Review

We lost our plain becouse of non professional man at the chick in park and fly he said no point of going to the airport becouse gate closed . i start calling jazera call center they told me to go to gate fast . then we wait for bus to come and pick us . until he come allready 30 min passed . and we lost the plain . i will Never fly with that kind of airlines . call center and chick in man says diffrent + bus waiting for sure u will lose flights . and then he said pay more to buy ticket for next fly (7 tickets was lost couse of them ) .. for sure i paid more but for another airlines who respect and know what to say for customrs .

It s a good service. However, it d only add real value if the check in and the boarding becomes in one place.

Made to wait in the cold outside the airport for more than 30 minutes. Nobody answers the phone given on the parking card. Very bad service. Will never use again.

Jazeera airlines is an example for a company that moved from being the best locally to the worst. Most flights are delayed with no apparent reason! No notice, apologies or explanations are given to the customers who are left lost by the gates with nobody from the company offering any information or help.

Good service, but the prices are a little high, and if there are smaller buses that move faster than the existing ones, it would be better

I am a frequent flyer on Jazeera, but it is the first time to use this service..... excellent service, I am ranking it 4 stars only because it is a bit expensive and the driver of the shuttle was a maniac.... other than that the staff that was on the checkin counter inside the "park & fly building " and the helping staff were excellent and I would give them 5 stars

Worst airline ever, delay without previous warnings and the airport isn t equipped to have passengers, not enough seats, no smocking area, no cafeteria to stay or drink coffee

Service sweet Haltat your car and take the board and give them Jntk Yasalam reach Aldeera Rayhilha and received Jntk there, but the note service packaging bags have tricks tricks strong broke Fajnatna and imagine us packaging is free !! Please replace the packing machine or workers' workers with the correct way of packing

Service is very very good with safety of your vehicle

The service is great from the island but the price needs to be reduced especially for long trips and I do not mind being a little away from the airport at a lower price

Very convinient service. I completed my check in within 2 minutes. There are alot of parking spaces so you do not need to worry about not finding a parking. Just park your car, check in and take hr boarding pass, and they will drive you to the airport where u can proceed to the passport control directly

An organized and clean place, although it is somewhat crowded, but the system there ends this crowd

It's amazing place you can let your car and flying anywhere

The service is very excellent and I would recommend even to the car that comes out of this place.
The car today is for 2.5 KD and the person who follows will go for 1 KD
The advantage is that you take boarding and landing bags within a minute, and they want you to airport.
Especially excellent, right of late.

The worst treatment I have seen is that it takes longer than 10 years to compare to the other partners

Comfortable parking. Jazeera Airways drops you at the terminal.very convenient

This was a convenient way to get to airport without having to deal with airport traffic. It would be nice if there shuttle was on a constant route, because when you return you have to call them to get you, and I totally forgot about that part.

Covid-19 test, you have to provide good reason for them to do the test. Open at 6 pm until 10 pm.

Leave your car and travel and you are comfortable and can enter your purposes before traveling 24 hours. The service is only for the airline passengers

Great idea very poorly executed. It is badly signposted, the guy on the gate did not understand English or Arabic well, it is not clear until you get there that it is valet parking, they kept asking me how much I had prepaid for the parking (they should know as it was booked using their inline system...), you get dropped of at a back door of the terminal building and nobody tells you where to go. Come on Jazeera, you are letting your standards fall and you are no longer my preferred airline. The only upside with park and fly is you avoid the queues at check-in. The Jazeeera terminal is a bit too basic - the fly Dubai one at Sheikh Saad is better, and they were trying to squeeze three flights out if the one (small) gate at the same time which was just silly.

Poor flight .... Even a brand name is so much more ... Air Jays ..... If Mo same price you can pay more Shui and get a better flight once more ..... Tip not to book Bbh

The service is excellent and extremely smooth .. The parking service is great .. I recommend it for those who travel for short periods
