I went in Tampa HD on Saturday 9/25 in the morning for some service. While being serviced I was walking around and bought 3 more hats to add to my collection. Tawnya helped me. while she was ringing me up she noticed I had no points on my rider rewards card. She said she's seen me in there a lot. She some how pulled up my purchases and saw a lot of money I had spent. She told me she would be right back.She came back with a list of my purchases where she had someone sign it. She got someones permission to credit all my purchases and services to my rider rewards account. My card went from zero to over 2000 points. If she hadn't gone the extra mile I would never had known. and she fully explained how the card worked. Now I understand why she works at Tampa HD. She's part of the Best of the Best!!!
