No star. Once again I am left feeling like a second class customer. Some time ago I called looking for at least some info on a particular bike. After hours people are clueless. Sales Dept did not fair much better. Finally got some lady who put me in her Rolodex and called me back at a later date. Guess she doesn't exist anymore cause now I have been tuned in to a guy who knows less than zero about me Apparently thinks a message saying we sold that and I'll call you later will due. Too busy I guess. I live I NewHampshire and called you in Tampa for a real reason. I am not going to play any kind of phone tag crap just so I can speak with someone about a purchase again. You folks in Fla are doing just fine without my money.Glad to hear that. Really hope your sales team is on salary and not commission. You might also want to put up a U S map and show your people where N H is because it ain't all that easy to just run on down and take a test drive. A test drive on a Harley will help to sell a bike but a real salesperson will sell it on the block first. Hands down. Truly disappointed.
