Just bought a new 2013 Road Glide Custom and couldn't be happier with the Staff at Tampa Harley. From the first "hi, how can I help you" to the "ride safe" as I left the dealership on my new bike, everyone was a real pleasure to work with. It is obvious you understand the importance of excellent customer service! My sales person, Kelly Melton, was great to work with as we negotiated the deal, developed a list of custom upgrades, and coordinated installation with Service. He took ownership to make sure everything came together. The guys in Parts, Matt and Patrick, were knowledgable, easy to work with, and eager to help. They cheerfully went through several iterations with me as we finalized the upgrade plan. I also want to compliment Dan on how well he communicated all aspects of the paperwork and financing as we completed the deal and signed all the necessary papers.
