Caution: do NOT buy insurance from Jeff Ard with Ard Insurance as they are crooks. I am a nurse and have a very busy schedule. When I informed them that I wanted to cancel the policy, they initially refused to cancel. Then, they agreed to cancel after a period of time and refund the months remaining. However, after the policy was cancelled, I realized not only they did not refund the remaining balance but also they charged me. CROOKS, is what they are taking advantage of people!!!
