Being a long time customer for many years and very active in the Motorcycle community, I have purchased my bikes from Tampa Harley. I purchased my 2000 Fat Boy there as I walked in and fell in love with it on the showroom floor. Being my 4th bike, it is truly my favorite!

Over the years I have utilized every department at the dealership and have never been more satisfied with the Service Department! Recently I was hit not far from the dealership. The first number I called was Tampa Harley. Richard Nelemans the manager of the Service Dept. assisted me From start to finish Ritchie's team, has been awesome! I have never been more pleased and satisfied with the quality of customer service and repairs I have received there in all the years I have been there!

My Service Adviser Bruce Volk, always kept in the loop, and assisted me with every detail and question I had. The detailed repairs performed by Master Mechanic Jeff "A.J" Shaw, were perfect in every way! I want to say special Thank you to Richie, Bruce and "A.J" , I appreciate all of you and everything you did to give me back my Serenity!!! Thank You All for a Job well done! You're truly the BEST!!!!!
