Great experience at Ferguson Kia!! I worked with Jermane Swain. Jermane was patient and answered all my questions and made sure that I understood each step of the car buying process. I really appreciated the transparency and upfront pricing. The finance department worked to get me the best financing to meet my needs. Overall, it was a great car buying experience. And I freaking LOVE my new Kia Sorento!! I will definitely recommend Ferguson Kia to my family and friends!!

I became a customer in 08. I've always had a pleasant experience from the sales and finance crew, and until my last visit, the service crew. I took my new car in to have the electronic door locks repaired and was told it would be done under warranty. All was well until the DAY AFTER i picked my vehicle up. I received a call from JR, my service rep telling me there had been a mistake, my car was not under warranty and I owed them an additional $281.00!!! Bewildered, i returned and asked to speak to Jim Crews the service manager, (receipt in hand stating "paid in full"). After a heated conversation they got $281 and lost a customer for life. Overall i feel fortunate it only cost $281 to find out their word, and apparently their paper, is worthless.

This place has such a nice atmoshpere and is so friendly! It was SO easy to make our purchase. We walked in, told them what we found on Car Guru, and started our transaction! They were very helpful and forward.
I really appreciate Don and Hank for helping us out!

ET was by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with. My wife and I had been in a car accident the day before and were in pain. ET swooped right in took very good care of us didn't waste time getting things done knowing we weren't feeling the best. Hats off to you sir. I will return to him for our next purchase.

We had an excellent buying experience with Don Vash at Ferguson. Don has a very welcoming personality. We had no idea what kind of vehicle we wanted when we started the car shopping process and he let us explore on our own and was not pushy. He also added a lot of personal knowledge about the vehicle we purchased because he drives one for his personal vehicle. We would highly recommend Don to help you with your vehicle purchase!

Had such a Great experience I don't know where to start!!! Shawn W. was wonderful, he took his time to make sure I understood the features on the vehicles I looked at. And when I decided on the GMC Terrain I didn't feel discarded to the finance office. He made sure I understood each step of the process. Eddie in the finance office was also great! I told him what I wanted and he did everything he could to get the numbers there. I have already told almost everyone I know about my incredible experience at Ferguson, and will be back anytime my family needs a new vehicle!!!

The day after i left my initial review i received a call from the general manager of the dealership. Stewart listened to my issue and asked if he could call me back after investigating the matter. After a short while, Stewart called me back and we agreed on a deal we could both live with. Jordan Savage even delivered the truck to me in Sand Springs so I didnt have to drive quite as far.
Stewart and Jordan saved the day and made a bad situation a very good experience. I would recommend the Ferguson team and especially Jordan Savage for your next vehicle purchase.

I live in Wichita, KS and found a truck I was interested in at the dealership in Tulsa which is about a 3 hour drive. I negotiated with Jordan via phone and text and eventually came to an agreement on a truck. I filled out an online credit app and was quickly approved. I gave the dealership a deposit via credit card and made an appointment for Saturday morning. I got up and made the drive to Tulsa and arrived to find the truck. The truck we agreed on was not what I wanted so i agreed to the purchase of a brand new truck. I went through all the paperwork and right before I went in to finance I was told there was a problem and my trade was actually worth $7,000 less all of a sudden. I asked for a manager and was told that he wasnt in the dealership so I would have to visit with an assistant. The guy that came out had absolutely no remorse or sympathy, it was just simply what it was. There was no negotiation and the deal was simply off.
Overall I am deeply disappointed in the lack of care and compassion and would warn anyone making a drive to get a good deal that they dont exist. It seems like an age of case of bait and switch. Typical car dealership lies and double talk. Buyer beware!!!

Great experience with Ferguson Superstore yesterday! Daniel walked us through the first part of the process and Ricky brought it home with the finance. We were in from test drive to signing under 3 hours. The quickest most efficient user friendly process I have ever had!

It started with Don Vash, very professional courte...

It started with Don Vash, very professional courteous and all around great guy. I made my appointment to see a car that they had on sale. When I got there Don had the car already pulled up and ready for a test drive. I had already test drive one at Midtown Kia and started the negotiation and the salesman got the owner and he proceeded to tell me how he loses money anytime he sells one of these very discounted cars, anyway we agreed on the price and I told them that it needs to be good because I have great credit. The sales person came back and said I have good news we got you 4.99%, I told him that they did this the last time and I walked out. As I am driving away they come running after me, blowing up my phone to let me know they found a better intrest rate. This was on a Saturday and I was going away for the weekend.
I decided to check out Furgeson Kia and boy am I glad I did. Very professional and courteous all the way around, no high pressure sales tactics. Straight foward no games. The price for the same car beat Midtown Kia by $1000 it was not a demo and had a full warranty not like what they told me at Midtown about Furgeson. They smashed the 4.99% intrest rate and the 3.99% I was told at Midtown. How about 3.23% at Ferguson, they went to work for me! Courtnei in finance was awesome and very knowledgable, a pure pleasure to work with.I highly reccomend Furgeson Kia and will never purchase another car from Midtown Kia!

Bought an 06 Hyundai Tucson with low miles from th...

Bought an 06 Hyundai Tucson with low miles from them and within 24 hours the car wouldn't start properly. It would turn over and over and over before starting. Personal mechanic said it was a fire (problem with starter connections) or fuel (delivery of gas) problem. They won't help me out one bit. Now I'm having to personally pay for repairs. If you are looking for a place with values in customer care go elsewhere.

The best buying experience I have ever had. Roy Holloway was the sales associate. He was easy going, efficient and knowledgeable. The manager finance guru Cody Rodgers was a walking Google of knowledge and super nice to work with. We were in and out within two hours. Will be back again for any other purchases.

Best pricing around. Drove 300 miles to get a great deal on a Stinger. Only thing I wasn t happy with was the condition of the paint (it is a dealer demo model). They offered to pay the full price of getting the paint corrected professionally by a shop of my choice when I get home. I wish the paint wasn t damaged in the first place, but this is about as good as they could have handled it. Satisfied overall.

I went into this dealership to test drive a preowned Subaru, not expecting to find anything I would want to purchase. Art took the time to listen to what I was looking for in a vehicle, what I would like to have, and what I was willing to pay. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase a vehicle or that I was being scammed. Art listened to what was important to my family and find what we wanted, not upsell me on another model or price range. We left with a new vehicle that we are very happy with and look forward to having for years to come. Art even took the time to ensure we knew how to use all the features of our new car. Looking forward to having my Subaru serviced at Ferguson as well!

Best car shopping experience. They were not pushy answered any questions we had. Will be buying another car from here. Update: They forgot to send my paperwork to the bank so we are still not financed. Tomorrow will be 30 days since we got the Buick. Since they didn't get the paperwork sent to the bank in a timely matter we are looking at fines for not getting the car registered and tagged. Still standby the ease of the shopping experience just not impressed with the finance department.

We very much enjoyed our experience at Ferguson Superstore.
Our sales representative Don Vash was so friendly and patient.
He took me right to the vehicle in which I was interested and was very helpful to me while reviewing its features. My wife and I decided to purchase that very vehicle. The finance officer was very helpful as well. She cheerfully arranged our financing and clearly explained each step in the process. She helped us to arrange warranty coverage as well so I can drive my car with confidence for the next few years. I would recommend Don Vash and Ferguson Superstore to anyone.

I bought a used pick-up from here in September to ...

I bought a used pick-up from here in September to pull our RV on a family vacation in October. The truck is fine but Ferguson never sent me the paperwork to get my tag. I had to go back to the dealership the day before our trip to get another paper tag and sign a new sales agreement, the finance manager told me there was a mistake but couldn't tell me what happened. It's been three weeks since then and I still have not received the documents to pay my taxes and purchase a tag.
Overall the people seem friendly in person but the lady answering the main phone number can be a little hateful. I wouldn't buy from here again.
