THIS IS A WORST ATTITUDE BROKERS IN MY 12 YEARS DRIVING EXP , I WOULD NEVER DO ANOTHER LOAD FOR THEM AGAIN

Don't even waist you time calling they ! this people have no respect !

Called them on a posted load they keep hanging up the phone on me when i tell them to hold on to verify the rate w my driver. At the end he said im not going to load you because hes assuming im going to cancel on him., really? Brokers got everything lined up against the carriers and if id cancel on him i probably would have reviews posted everywhere. You clearly got issues man, trucking isnt the industry you should be in!

CARRIERS BEWARE! Broker Leann Hopkins refused to compensate for extra two thousand pounds she wanted to add to load once we arrived on site for pick up. Claiming they forgot . We requested additional $300 she declined, we offered to pull the original weight agreed on on signed confo for original rate agreed on by both parties and she refused. We requested a truck not in use and she said im not paying and hung up on us. Brokers like these have no respect for the labor of the carrier and have no business making money at the expense of the carriers who not only invest their time but also their money on gas, insurance, equipment, maintenance ect!! The blatant disrespect is ridiculous and completely unethical! We need to stick together and push these companies out the business for their unprofessional practices and abusive behavior!

They are the worst broker in business, disrespectful, unprofessional, cheap !!!! and no customer service whatsoever, and be careful with Nancy Blair, one of they're independent brokers, SHE IS A LIAR AND INHUMAN !!!!!

I highly recommend Somerset! Maggie is an outstanding rep and Nat gets my quotes to me in no time and always keeps me posted on when it will be picked up and when it's delivered. I never have to worry when i ship with Somerset. Thanks and keep up the great work!!!

We have done a load out of Marion, NC--York,PA on 5/12/2020
The broker was Josh Rackley. It was written on the rate con open appointment 8:00-13:00 but facility is shipping until 14:00. Driver arrived the facility 13:27. They short-pay the load $100. 10% of the load for 27 min.
I don't think their customer charged them for being 27 min late but these type of brokers are trying to take advantage of the situation instead enhancing the relationship on long term. We don't appreciate for those type of business partners.

I've worked with this company couple of times before, never had any issues! I have to single out Josh Rackley as a professional, extremely helpful and understanding. Regarding one load I had to cancel due to problems at previous delivery with my driver, Josh did everything on his part to try and keep us on the load and help us out with offering different options. Most brokers wouldn't even care to try. Much respect to the company and Mr. Josh Rackley.

Could not contact broker over the weekend at shipper to get correct P/U # didnt get loaded until monday. When i finally got # asked for new delivery apt. during the week (2500 mile load) broker was unable to be reached. never received new apt. when i delivered the load was given a $500 fine on the already very low rate i was given for being late. literally worst broker i have ever dealt with and will never again.

Somerset provides great customer service for our company and our freight.

Somerset has really increased the accuracy of our shipping processes. Anne-Louise and Evan have really worked hard to take care of our business. Would highly recommend this group to anyone looking for a shipping company who will really take care of your shipping needs. And the fact that they are a Veteran Owned Company is another big plus!!!!!!

Will dispatch you on a load, never call to cancel, and after you arrive after driving 2.5 hours they snatch the load from you. The worst part is they refused to pay truck ordered not used fee. UNSCRUPULOUS BROKERS!!!

Rude!! 3 different people hung up on me when trying to negotiate rate.. The I was told "how about NO, that's the best we can do" then hung up on again.

I can always rely on Somerset - good people, great customer service.
