Jermane treated my wife and me great and was a pleasure to work with. We had agreed to terms beforehand (great communication), so everything was quick and painless by the time we got to the dealer. We were in and out in just over a hour, including a short test drive. Would definitely recommend Jermane and Ferguson, and would do business with them again.

I have been looking for a vehicle for several months, I finally found THE ONE I wanted and called on a Saturday afternoon. Meaghan Hill was our salesperson and did an outstanding and quick job of helping us over the phone and email being we were 5 1/2 hours away. The whole team went out of their way to help us and by that evening we had paperwork signed. Being foster parents with two under the age of 3 we asked about delivery instead of making an 11 hour round trip to get vehicle, they were quick to get us a quote and our car will be delivered to our front door!! I highly recommend these guys!!!

Best deal on a Subaru oil change and tire rotation.

This Dealer is a JOKE.... No honesty or integrity they tell you one thing and then tell you they cant sale the car for that price. Joke was on them I drove To another Kia. dealership where i got my online pricing from I saved thousands of dollars got the car my daughter wanted cash deal done deal. Thanks Ferguson for the incentive to drive a little and save A lot.

Kaveh was amazing! I had a bad experience at a diffrent dealership whose salesmen was extremely rude. I was stressed out and I wanted to give up. I was about to settle for a car I wasn't 100% sure I wanted. But at the last minute I decided to stop by Ferguson Superstore. Kaveh showed me a few cars, no hassle and no fast talking, he listened to me and answered all my questions. I ended up buying a car that night and I couldn't happier with the car and the service I received.

Failed to be impressed upon every visit, across every aspect of a car dealership and service center. I did have a great sales person, but felt underwhelmed in every other area.

We worked with mike mellor at Ferguson. My wife liked a few different models. Mike took the time to show them all to us. She decided on the new telluride, that s when mike stepped in and showed us all our options for finance or leasing the vehicle. He was very transparent through the whole process. If you re in the market I would recommend giving mike a call.

The sales lady I had was great. (Velvet). Always cheerful and was extremely helpful and knew all the answers to every question I had. The entire process was seamless. Easily the best new vehicle purchase I have made. And I have bought 10 new vehicles through the years. I definitely will buy here next time.

Very pleased with excellence service by Scott Noble and Ferguson staff. Scott kept me informed by text message and in person by coming into the lobby to give me status of my repairs. No surprises, Scott and other Ferguson staff also wore masks to help protect their customers. Thank you!

Shannon was so incredibly helpful with my car purchase! I came in with bad credit and I wasn't sure if I was even going to be able to get a vehicle. He was very kind and did everything he could do to find me the right car. He was so patient and understanding. After driving a couple different vehicles I found the one! He stayed with me the whole time and made the process so comfortable and exciting. I would 100% recommend Shannon as your car specialist! I know I'll be back if I ever decide to buy another vehicle.

Mike Mellor is the guy you want to see here, folks. He was so very patient and friendly. He had the doors unlocked to the vehicle we wanted to look at before we started talking to him. He knew a lot about the vehicle. What he didn t know, he looked up quickly and gave us the answers. He even helped me prank my girlfriend (who is now the proud owner even though she didn t know it at the time). I will be buying more vehicles through him.

Everything was so simple. From test driving the vehicle, starting the financing online, to picking the vehicle up. Mike, Shane, and Avery were super helpful. I had a really great experience here even before I showed up. After browsing the website and putting in my phone/email I was promptly messaged by one of their representatives. They asked me questions of what I was interested in and told me of the specials going on. Don was very nice in sending me a personal video of the Seltos that I was interested in and he had it pulled up front for me to look at when I arrived. The trade and purchase was pretty seamless aside from a few minor hiccups, but nothing that couldn t be fixed. Overall I had a great experience at Ferguson Kia, everyone was nice and didn t make me feel pressured to buy. I look forward to coming back here for maintenance.

Main reason for success was a great product in the Subaru Outback, best vehicle we have ever owned. This is our second Outback and will most likely not be our last.

I went in to look at a used Fiat 500L, not really knowing what to expect because I'm a first time buyer, but I was immediately greeted with a friendly welcome! I took a few days to think about the car after test driving it while it was being put through service and detailing, and I was always made certain and notified of any update about the car throughout the process which was awesome. Once I went back to see it all spiffed up (incredibly detailed by the way), I knew it was the car for me! I feel like I not only left with a car but also with a great start to a friendship with the staff at this dealership, and I look forward to keeping my car up to date with this dealership! I will be referring my family and friends to them in the future! Because I'm a first time buyer, I was obviously very nervous and apprehensive, but Mr. Lauden Bisel and Mr. Cody Rogers made me feel very comfortable and not pressured at all! They also were very informative and helpful with all of my questions!!!! I'm very happy with my purchase and the great service! I would say I'm definitely a Ferguson Superstore lifer now for sure!! Just bought my first Subaru with the help of Michael Altman. It s a 2014 XV Crosstrek. Love this car and really liked working with Michael. He was super chill, knowledgeable and a true believer! He was able to tell me a lot of his own experience because he s a fellow Crosstrek owner. Also, there was no pressure to buy, felt like he was interested in my needs over his own need to sell. Everyone here was great, starting with Micheal, Sales Manager Eric, and finance manager Avery. Definitely recommend. It was a great experience.

They're friendly alright. However, I brought a car not even 10 days ago. It's a dealership they have mechanics and a carfax. It clearly states last month it had an oil change and no oil leaks in the carfax .Plus the salesman went on about how the mechanics do this awesome inspection. So an oil light comes on , I stop at Midas to let them check it out. Of course they say, wow you just got this. Go back out there tell them and I'm sure they'll make it right.. Wrong! Over $1,100.00 dollars to get fixed and without a car. Be very careful!

Sean Clemens is THE MAN!!!!!! Sold me 2 cars and both were wonderful experiences and now working on our third! Ferguson has kept their promise to me also. The first car I bought was a Honda Civic, in 2018, and I purchased an additional plan with my car. I was quoted something different than the actual coverage and Ferguson has honored their original quote to me to this day!

Bought used van broke down 6 months. Didn't want to go back there but they could give us more for the broken van. Got a new used car, weeks ago. Still have the van( they never picked it up and no Title or do we know who financed the new car. They don't take care of business.
