Jermane and CJ are the best. They went above and beyond to help me get the right vehicle. Ferguson did not overcharged me like other dealerships wanted to charge above MSRP on a new Telluride. They also gave me a more than fair price on my trade in. The entire process was a great experience from beginning to end. Financing department was great to work with. They tell you that they can finance anyone until you go down there. My salesperson was rude and unattentive. He would not listen to what i wanted or was looking for. Very pushy. All he did was lie.

I helped my mom with a new vehicle purchase back in November 2014 and had a wonderful experience. Kevin Starr in finance worked very hard to get my mom the best rate possible and did not give up until he was satisfied with an answer. Also, we worked with Joe in sales and he was very polite and professional. Even after the sale when my mom had a service question, the whole crew was more than willing to help her out. Absolutely remarkable!
*Edit 4/15/2016: Since I made this review, we bought two more vehicles from Ferguson. One of the two was my son's first vehicle. He absolutely loves it and don't think I could have found a more perfect car for him without the help of Ferguson staff. A few months later, I bought a GMC Acadia. Despite a few kinks to work out with the performance of the Acadia, the entire staff of Ferguson (from sales to service) has gone ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure things were taken care of for me. Anyone I talk to who is looking for a new (or new to them) car, I always direct them to check out Ferguson first.

We came in to look at a vehicle that we had found online ran into Mike Mellor. He was not pushy, extremely honest, and upfront with all the information we needed. He found us a wonderful Soul. I am extremely happy and content with my purchase through this dealership.
We were looking on the internet for a clean low mileage used Toyota RAV4 with the V6 engine and found one with all the options we liked listed at The Ferguson Superstore. Trying to buy a vehicle long distance can sometimes be difficult, but not this time. I called the dealership and was connected with Sales Consultant Sean Clemons who did everything possible to make this transaction go smoothly. I was concerned about the undercarriage condition so Sean had the RAV4 put on a lift in the shop and within a half hour he sent me a detailed video to address my concerns. I committed to purchase and made a deposit. When I flew to Tulsa Sean was waiting for me at the airport we went back to the dealership where Sean had the vehicle gassed up, detailed and ready to go. That car was pristine (my wife LOVES it). Overall this was a great buying experience with no negatives and no games. All the staff was very patient and helpful. Our initial contact was Annet and she was great, she explained everything and worked with us. We closed the transaction with Chester and he went over all the final details in a very thorough way. We are very happy with our new Subaru and highly recommend them.

Very dishonest dealership. They lied to me several times on a used car purchase. If I were you I would take my businesses elsewhere. They claim to be a wholesale car dealership in order to stop the customer from barter or negotiate a lower cost for the vehicle. SHADY, SHADY, SHADY.
